Would recommend this property. Friendly staff, well kept, clean! Our room had a bathroom included. Walking distance to the main strip and easy to get to everything. Thank you for a nice experience.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was great! The room my friend and I stayed in was ok, we had the double bed room. It was small but we made the most of it. I was a little disappointed we did not have a safe in the room but luckily there were no issues. I personally do not enjoy sharing a bathroom with everyone on the floor but the bathroom was right by our room and was pretty clean. I just would not do this again. The location is fantastic close to everything including the beach and boardwalk, All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend this location.

The guesthouse is lovely, cozy and homey. The staffs are friendly and helpful! My partner and I feel safe there. I love that the guesthouse is literally about a mile to the beach! It's a hidden gem. I didn't even regret that I booked a room there! Definitely will come back!

Guest House is best house
Beautiful, clean and cozy with super friendly staff and, best of all, Cosmo the dog. Convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants, but quietly tucked far enough away from the tourist swarm.

I cannot praise Rehoboth Guest House enough. The home is beautiful and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable and the fresh cooked breakfast was delicious! Tom, the host, was a wealth of information and so welcoming. All this only three blocks from the beach! The price is more than I normally spend on a beach trip but this was a special occasion so I splurged. It was so worth it! I can’t wait to come again!

Cozy & Perfect Location
This place is in a perfect spot. Short & easy walks to shops and beach. Enjoyed that its for adults only. Staff are friendly. We had a fun moment sitting out on the front porch on rocking chairs watching a quick downpour rain and admiring the flowers and plants. We would come again!

We loved our stay! The Guest House exceeded our expectations! Everything was very clean. The grounds were gorgeous and we loved the beautiful outdoor shower. Everyone was very nice and helpful and made us feel right at home. The house was comfortable and provided everything we could possibly need with exceptional attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend the Guest House and look forward to going back again ourselves.

Quaint place in the center of Rehoboth. Very personable staff. Great breakfast provided every day. I just need to be sure I don’t reserve one of the rooms with a shared bathroom next time.

We will definitely be back!
We loved our 2-night stay! Tom was fun to talk to and the service was great! Our room was on the third floor with a private bathroom. No elevators which wasn't a problem for us. There is free tea and coffee available 24/7 on the first floor and a few different areas to sit and relax (I loved the front porch swing) The location was great, a quick walk through the back alleyway puts you in the middle of everything. We loved the bike rack so we could lock our bikes up in a semi-private space. The breakfast every morning was delicious! We enjoyed our stay and chatting with Tom, Chris and fellow guests, including Cosmo!

I'd stay again, in a different room
Very friendly staff there. Breakfast is very good, you get to choose what time to have it. Very clean and extremely convienent location to main street in town....food, bars and beach. If you don't want to be bothered with the ice machine, coffee machine and microwave I suggest not choosing rooms 11 or 12. Hot water in the shower was immediate and held up to a long shower time.
