The desk clerk was very pleasant and the facilities were clean, and the breakfast is good. However, we couldn’t seem to fully close the black out shade,leaving about 12 inches open and during the night we had the headlights of every car that traveled down the road shining into our room. As a result of that and the pillows that were of all different lofts, I did not sleep very much at all, and in turn my husband was awakened by my turning to avoid the glare of the headlights. The only other complaint we have is that the bathroom only has dim lights around the mirror over the sink, so it’s rather dark. I’d stay there again, but not in the same room.

The property was well managed, and the staff members were very polite and helpful. I enjoyed the check in and the checking out. Would definitely stay again and again and with the restaurant located in walking distance it was a 10 rating for me.

It. is right next door to a non-operating airport, so there is nothing around -- no shops, restaurants, etc. The room was ordinary and a little old, but clean, quiet and acceptable.

The staff at this property are very helpful . The premises needs some update in the bathroom. In both of my stays different rooms bathroom have mold on the pipes. In my last stayed the tub was clogged.

Very Nice Stay !
Very clean and comfortable hotel. We were greeted very nicely upon arrival, the room was ready a little early and we were allowed early entry to our room. Very clean hallways, well lit. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast area was very clean, the omelets were hot and fresh, all of the breakfast foods were full and excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

We were assigned a room and upon entering we were given a room that clearly had not been cleaned. The room was clearly still assigned to another guest. Suitcases open on the bed, snacks and drinks on the counter, beds unmade. Makes me wonder how well they are actually cleaning the rooms between guests.

Very nice hotel 😊
Wonderful hotel in a nice quiet and safe area of Reading. Very convenient to highways and shopping without being on top of them. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel appears to be a little older with recent renovations. While there are a few signs of age (ie slight discoloration on the bathroom ceilings and shower floor), the room was clean and comfortable. Clean room and bathroom surfaces, fresh bedding, friendly staff. Would book again.

Our shower had a used bandaid in it, red blood stain on curtain, n trash by desk wasnt taken out, also fridge was warm not cool or cold at all, beds were hard

Not a kid friendly location. Breakfast was only served for half our visit. When I asked the front desk if breakfast would be served they said “it was not their expertise.” Room also didn’t have a shower curtain..?!

It’s located next to a private airport , it was very quiet . Off the road so didn’t hear cars or traffic. We were just staying overnight so it was fine.

Not bad, but a big disappointing
We stayed here the night of our wedding and I asked if they could do anything special for us. They did not, which is fine but the fridge was not even stocked with water or anything like that so I was pretty disappointed. Why even put a fridge in the room if there won't be any complimentary beverages.

Room entrance floor was very sticky. One of the beds did not have a sheet. Good pillows and good mattress. Breakfast was basic but does the job.
