We were pleasantly surprised by this property - it’s very nice and quiet. A little bit humid on the 5th floor but clean and quiet and the staff was great.

DoubleTree quality did not disappoint. It was well-designed and appointed, with top-quality furnishings and pleasant staff. The only thing I didn't like was the bed. There was too much sag in the middle for a stomach/back sleeper.

Overall, the property is great. But the staff was exceptional—every single person I encountered from the front desk staff to the bar/restaurant staff to the maintenance person to the maid. Each encounter made me feel heard, appreciated and valued.

The customer service at the hotel was excellent especially the door person was very customer orientated and was very helpful to all especially myself and my wife in terms of transportation and what was going on and how to get there so I really want to say good things about that person who was at the door ,an African-American gentleman.

We traveled to Reading for an event at Santander Arena. This property was conviniently located across the street. From the time of check in we were plesently surprised with our accommodations. The room was clean and well furnished, the staff was pleasant and super helpful, and the parking was great. We didnt know what to expect, as this was our first time staying at a Hilton peoperty. We were NOT disappoinented and will only stay at Hilton peoperyies moving forward. Tha k you for an AMAZING expierence!!

The surrounding area is a little sketchy but right where this is located is fine. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very friendly.

It was very nice. The room was extremely nice and well thought out. Safety bars in bathroom were great! Only one problem was there was no extra toilet paper anywhere in the room. Probably an oversight but in the middle of the night is not a good time to discover this. Otherwise we’d definitely recommend and stay again.

We love this hotel for concerts at the Santander Arena. The staff do an excellent job managing the crowds. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quite. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Service cannot be beat!
