From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views from atop the hotel, overlooking the stunning Amalfi coastline. The hotel itself was nothing short of astonishing, beautifully adorned with lush gardens and vibrant lemon trees that added a refreshing touch to the ambiance. Our room, a newly renovated junior suite, was both elegant and technologically advanced, ensuring a comfortable and modern stay. It was impeccably clean, and the sophisticated decor made our experience even more special. The pool area was another highlight, offering a spectacular view that made every swim feel like a dip in paradise. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always greeting us with warm smiles and helpful tips. Their friendliness was exemplified when one staff member kindly offered us a ride in his personal car to the city, ensuring we didn’t miss our boat tour—a gesture we deeply appreciated. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was incredibly convenient, making trips to the city effortless and adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and would not hesitate to stay again if we return to the Amalfi Coast. It was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service."

"Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, super clean, and comfy beds. The hotel has a great roof terrace with incredible views across the bay over to Vesuvius. A really convenient location to easily access the main centre of Sorrento, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the station. It is close to one of the main roads through Sorrento so it’s not the quietest location when relaxing by the pool, but we didn’t notice any noise impact at night when sleeping. To note: to use the safe is an extra, so we didn’t. "

"We liked everything, breakfast was amazing (very, very good). Pool has good view,same as from balcony.Peaple at register was really helpful. I wish car parking included. We paid separately for parking."

"Everything was perfect since we arrived. The staff were so kind going above and beyond at every step, the room had a beautiful view—it’s a bit far from the city but apparently they have a shuttle you can ask for in advance. We stayed in a room with partial seaside view but instead we got a full view! It was as pictured, with a terrace and view to ourselves. Even if you don’t get a room with a view, they have outdoor seating with the most amazing view, and there’s beautiful live music in the evenings from 8-8:30pm. They also have their private seaside/beach area and pool open to guests—many other beaches in the area are not free, while the hotels is both private and free for guests. When we went it was nearly empty, very private, and breathtaking beauty."

"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "
