This was conveniently located. BUT, upon arrival, they had lost our reservation. And the front desk guy said "this happens all the time when you use a 3rd party reservation system" and other very derogatory comments about Expedia and other 3rd party systems. Pretty unprofessional considering I had never in at least a dozen years of using Expedia, had this issue. And without these 3rd party sites, many of these hotels would go less booked, honestly.
THEN, they rented us a room anyway, gave us a key and the room was occupied!! Had to go back down and get a different room key - so AWKWARD! (Lucky the people in there were not "indisposed"!)
The room we ended up in had two queens, when we had booked a king (tall husband), and there were whole-hand prints on the window, as well as kind of dirty bathroom walls.
The area by the elevator is getting pretty worn/run down, too.
Then breakfast was meh too. Eggs even had gluten in them ?!? so had not many options, and the milk was gone, so the woman working had to run to the store to get more! It was a bizarre experience.
Overall, not a great experience. It was an easily accessible location, although NOT attached to Watiki like we had thought, so drove the wrong street initially.
