No tv channel guide or hospitality book in room. Booked a king with a sofa bed. Got two queen with sofa bed. We are flexible. Other than that room is good. Reasonably priced. Great area. Would come again or at least try Comfort Inn again.

Elevators need work. They make strange sounds, the one’s door jiggled shut and the other jerked and jumped when started to move. Check in staff very friendly. Second day of stay both key cards to rooms quit working and had to go to desk for new cards.

The breakfast offered by the hotel is quite good and plenty. It is near the highway which is easier to find and drive to national park.

I didn’t like when I came to check in the room wasn’t ready said it was still dirty so had to wait for that and then when we finally got in the room it smelled like garlic and when we pulled the bed out of the couch there was pills underneath!!!

The only thing that we were disappointed was the cool temperature of the hot tub on Sunday morning. It was excellent on Saturday afternoon and terrible the following morning.

Can't say enough good things about our stay. Very clean, beds were comfortable, all the staff were super nice, great breakfast, and the pool area is nice. Will definitely be stay here again.

This property was clean and nicely decorated. The accommodations in the room were above what we expected…felt nicer than expected. All staff we interacted with were courteous. The breakfast that was offered had a good variety, but most of what I tried was only okay.

The staff was very rude from the start. They also gave away the room we purchased days before online to someone else and put us in a less expensive room with no money back.

I looked into your reservation and you were in fact put in the exact room that you had booked. No changes were made to this. You booked a business suite and that is what room you stayed in. The front desk agent asked you to come down to the desk to show you what Expedia had booked for you , and you never did. We apologize this is not what you thought you had booked. You should speak directly with Expedia about this.
