It served its purpose for our final night before flying home from RAP. Nice, clean room. We left too early for breakfast, but were able to grab a few pieces of fruit. They are struggling with staffing issues (as is everyone nowadays), but the staff we interacted with were are friendly and helpful.

We had a problem with the smoke detector periodically going off. The front desk employee responded immediately twice. After it went off third time we requested another room and we were given a new room immediately. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Hotel is very mid. Breakfast area was dirty most mornings and very limited. Hotel room was not as fresh as one would hope being as new as it is. Our bathroom ceiling light fell out of the ceiling during a shower. Wires were all exposed with water running very near as the light is directly above the bathtub. Elevator was not working; would go to the 4th floor but not stop and open the door. Very understaffed. Stayed in this hotel out of necessity during college move out but will not be back.

Absolutely superb facility. Only downside is traffic noise from adjacent interstate, but not enough to disturb sleep. Beds very comfortable. Excellent nearby steakhouse. Really pleasant and helpful staff.

Originally booked for 3 nights but only ended up staying 1. Pool was small and hot tub average size. A group of younger kids was ignoring the signage and diving in both areas leaving no space for others. Workout equipment didnt have sanitization wipes avaliable. Breakfast is adequate and busy hour of 7:30-8:30am. Room above us was very loud with heavy footsteps from 9pm to midnight making it difficult to sleep even with the sound machine

The property is in a good location of Rapid City; easy access to shopping, dining, downtown, etc. The hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet is very good. One complaint I will make is that the rules at the pool/hot tub area are not enforced. There are many young children (12 and under) that occupy the pool/hot tub area unattended with no parents, yelling/jumping in and out with floats, etc. until 11 PM at night.

This hotel is wonderful! It is clean, open, fresh, and it still presents like a new build! We stayed one night and checked out the next morning. Our room was a King suit with a couch bed. The room is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. When we turned out the couch bed it was clean, there were no stains, and the floor under the couch was just as clean as the entire room! There were two tv’s which the kids and hubby LOVED! The housekeeping staff really have to be commended here because the cleanliness of the room wasn’t just seen, it was felt! Visually you could tell the staff have been on point with their follow through! Breakfast was good. The dining areas was spacious and easy to navigate. The food was delicious. The three stations were well spaced and the cleanest most well serviced we’ve ever experienced! Two waffle makers with over an over a foot of counter space between them. A cereal station, juice and breads then sausages, egg omelettes and potato wedges. Hubby and the kids went to the pool and had a blast. His favorite was the hot tub. Like I stated before, this hotel feels, and looks like a new build. We were extremely impressed and plan to return!

New property and everyone was super nice. The only drawback is the beds are super firm the room we had the carpet needs to be re stretched and the black out part of the window covering needs to be fixed. In all fairness this is a new property.
