I expected a typical motel, but this was nothing like the pictures they use online. The rooms were dirty at best. Carpets were beyond stained, rooms and hallways. Both mine and my parents room smelled like they converted an old smoking room to a non smoking room- smelled terrible. There were only 2 outlets in the room and those were occupied by lamps or the tv- so the phone and alarm clocks couldn’t really be plugged in. The phone didn’t even work. Didnt have toilet paper in our room upon checking in. Their “included breakfast” was a sack lunch with an Apple, nature valley bar, milk and 2 tiny little muffins- again not what was advertised. The decorative blankets they lay on the foot of the beds had some kind of dried white residue, maybe like detergent that wasn’t totally washed out? I didn’t want to figure it out and unfortunately there were no other affordable rooms that weekend so we were stuck.

The room was missing bath towels , soap, trash can, lamps by the bed. The TV volume and channel changing didn’t work. The desk staff indicated they were aware of the missing items and were apologetic. The soap and trash cans were not available. Substituted shampoo for soap.

There were no instructions on how to use the heater. The man from the front desk came to help, and it took him about 5 minutes to figure it out.

Not safe for single women
The ratings lie. This place seems to service indigencents and drug addicts and felt downright unsafe. Check-in was fine, and the young man was very nice, but when I went around to the door, he directed me to, a man was hanging around outside and came through the door as I unlocked it with my bags. He met up with another man and went down to his room. It seemed very sketchy. I walked into my room and it smelled awful the bedding was clean, the floors and mattress were an ill repair When I opened the toilet, there was a fled piece of toilet paper floating in the water. Very gross to see someone else’s 💩 stain. I was in a handicap, accommodating room, and one of the bars was pulled off the wall. The heater did not work and the room was freezing. Sheets were clean and there was no sign of bugs, but I could hear the people next-door in their toilet. When I was checking out, the clerk was berating, a man who had snuck in another party for the evening. Clearly, this man was also a “special “guest. I’m under the impression that this super eight has a contract with the city for unhoused persons. I’m OK with that, but when I’m not OK with is the drug use, the smoking, and generally just feeling abilities, and being concerned that my car would be broken into. I do not recommend this facility.

Not a great stay.
Didn't get a handicap room. Was put on, the second floor? The bathroom, toilet was a small one. Set down, & it was hard getting back up. Ran out of bathroom tissue? Called, the front desk. They told us, they didn't have any at all. In there building? It wasn't a great stay.

Never made it in the room because I was asked for a $150 deposit. I understand that the money would be returned to me if there were no damages, but not everyone can afford to just give up $150 like that. Nobody goes into a Super 8 expecting a luxury hotel so there is no reason why I should be expected to pay like it is one. Chrissy at the front desk was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude with me and the people in front of me in line.

It is on the Expedia Website. It is to protect you along with us. Unfourtanitly, a few have ruined it for all with room and hotel damage. Please come stay with us again.

The 150.00 is for the deposit. It is returned to after you check out as long there is no damages. It may take a take 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

This property was very dirty. The carpet was soiled and stained. The room has been smoked in. We were assured it was a non smoking room. The bed was so broken in the middle that we thought it was a double instead of a queen. It was horrible. The young man at check in was completely unconcerned with our complaints. I am questioning whether I will stay with Wyndham in the future.

We are sorry to hear you did not have a good stay. We don't clean the rooms every day. We get you on a cleaning schedule for the 3 or 4th day. We will however clean it if you request it and we do have a sign at the front desk letting guest know of our policies. We do value our customer's feedback.

Needs to be better kept up. The curtains wouldn’t shut. Not enough plugins. Needed wash clothes and an indoor pool. Kids were disappointed in no indoor pool area. Breakfast full of carbs.

Don’t stay here if you want coffee in your room
Electrical outlets were a joke and they didn’t have coffee makers or even water cups in the room. Bed was hard and room was very hard to regulate the temperate. The walls were paper thin and I could hear people fart in the halls. It was a terrible night.
