Whilst the room itself was clean because we wanted twin beds we had to have a room with a bunk bed, i also wonder how someone can actually get into the bunk bed. This made the room feel very small. The bathroom was cramped and the shower difficult use. The beds were very narrow.

Convenient, basic hotel with twin bedrooms.
A convenient hotel to break the journey from Yorkshire to the Charente. We need twin rooms, rather than doubles, which can be tricky to find. The bathrooms are very tired and very compact! The room was clean, but there were some crumbs and other things under the work desk. I was too tired to investigate. We had breakfast here once and it was OK, but not brilliant, so we had a quick getaway in the morning and got breakfast elsewhere.

Good for a budget hotel. Bathroom is very cramped with an awkward shower. Will use it again as an overnight port stop

Convenient overnight stop.
A convenient overnight stop between the Tunnel and the Charente. Twin rooms worked well for us. The shower room we had was a bit shabby, but everything worked. We slept well.

Reasonably priced hotel for a stopover.
The hôtel was nice, but a bit noisy. The room was a no smoking room, but as people went outside to smoke, some of the smell did drift in to the corridor. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but fuelledme for the start of a 370+ mile drive the next day. It is next door to a nice restaurant - the Pouvron Rouge. If you want to go, book in advance! It was full on the Saturday night I went, so I ended up in McDonald’s in Berck. I filled up with fuel at the Intermarché nearby. Intermarché and Lidl are open on Sunday morning, if you need some shopping. It is convenient for a stop between the Tunnel and my holiday destination. Parking is free, but not a secure car park. It is dog friendly, which I need. My dog is quite a seasoned traveller and hotel habitué!

Very slow check in . You can do better.
I would have been happy to give a higher rating if check in had been smooth ,we waited over one and a half hours for the desk to open at 3pm after our instructions stated 1pm check in , when the desk did open there was a que of guests which meant a very slow process . Surely you could do better, this was certainly the slowest check in from our journey from the UK to Portugal and back to UK .

Ideal for overnight stay
We arrived for a one night stay. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The room was fine, the bathroom was a little tired but still did the job. The breakfast was excellent and as much as you wanted. This is not the first time we have stayed here and would recommend it to anyone.

Personnel désagréable, lit inconfortable, douche très petite et système pas terrible soit on se brûle soit c’est glacé, sans compter la femme de ménage qui passe l’aspirateur tôt le matin et qui passe refaire les chambre sans prévenir !

Bonjour étant référent hygiene dans 1 hopital. J ai eu beaucoup de mal a m endormir dans votre lit ( cheveux retrouvé sur le matelas sur le drap housse posé par dessus .tache noire sur le drap plat comme brulure de cigarette. Tache de sang lavé biensur mais encore visible sur le drap housse . Toile d araignées au desus de la tv .la somme de 66€ pour cette prestation hoteliere ..pour 1 nuit très déçu de Mister Bed j attends avec impatience 1 geste commercial de votre part cordialement Mr Busin

Séjour convenable, mais nous étions au dessus de l'accueil et c'était bruyant, les gens passent leurs coups de téléphone sous la fenêtre, à n'importe quelle heure du jour mais surtout de la nuit, ils fument et étant juste au dessus, tout rentre dans la chambre... Mais le plus désagréable, c'est le bruit...
