"We booked a Family Suite with 2 bedrooms for 6 of us in our family. We were given a room on the ground floor in a building far from everything (registration/lobby, restaurants, swimming pool, golf driving range, spa, shops, parking. That suite has an old & damp odor. The cologne we sprayed were able to mask the odor. We killed 7 spiders on our first night. So my daughter reported it to front desk first thing in the morning. Therefore, we were transferred to an upper level suite in a building close to everything. We enjoyed the rest of our vacation."

"This is the third time I stayed at this hotel and every single time I am put in the farthest building from the main hotel at the far end of the large parking lot. This makes the it feel more like a motel as there are no amenities out there, the rooms are ok but not that nice and you can hear neighbors through the walls. Also my last visit I asked if I could switch to a handicap room because it turned out I had a cast on my arm and would find it difficult to use the fixed shower head. They didn't even try to accommodate just said it wasn't what I booked and paid for already."

"I absolutely loved the staff, the check-in process and the many restaurants/bars they had. Our room was great too except low water pressure. But still great. It was a little “busy” for me with all the little kids running around and a bit noisy though. They weren’t kidding when it said family friendly. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars."

"We enjoyed our stay here. We usually have complaints about hotels but I don't think we have a single one. Our kids loved the koi pond and feeding the fish in the mornings. The food was good and staff was friendly. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the cocktail hour. We did order from the restaurant one night and while the food was good, it was $30 for a very tiny portion of meat and some polenta. That was disappointing. The pool and hot tub were great and overall it was a very nice experience."

"Everything about the place was fantastic. I am only bummed that I never got to use the hot tub. I am Autistic so it is difficult to relax in large crowds, hot tub was always busy with children (yikes), but it'sso difficult. Not the hotels fault, loved my room and the location. It was just Memorial weekend and we'll obviously more busy. You try your best to get time off without it costing you too much. Anyways, loved the hotel, it was a great sensory room.😊🖖"
