Disabled room was damp, dusty and inadequate, all night we suffered and had ask for a different room. Cleanliness in the dining room was poor, teapot served with spillage marks. Overall very disappointed and wish we could get money refunded. We paid for 5star hotel but it is only a 3star and shouldn’t be charged 5star.
Staff tried their best to be respectful. Kitchen staff needs a lot of training to bring to 5star, hotels to keep up and maintain hygiene levels. Very poor hygiene standards.
