Clean, warm and well kept. This beautiful hotel is the perfect stay for families and individuals, with multiple restaurants surrounding. The rooms are well heated, clean and modern. The hotel has many amenities such as a gym, indoor and outdoor pool, as well as a ski shop below. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing experience. Breathtaking views. Saddam from front desk was very helpful and made our stay even more comfortable. He was always available to help us with our queries. Housekeeping team also kept checking frequently to make sure our rooms were clean.

The hotel is really neat, breakfast is quite generous and has a wide diversity of options. The ski resort was impressive and prices are cheap when coparing to ski resorts in Colorado US. Snow will not be the same but it's fun

The hotel is covered in social distancing signs and also signs telling people to wear masks but people were just walking around without them. Also I was waiting at reception at the 2m sign and a woman with no mask on just walked in front of me and started talking to the man on reception. Instead of telling her to wait in line, the member of staff just started serving her and I still had to wait. What’s the point in putting signs up and then not making people use them!! Also I tried calling the hotel 5 times before we travelled and also tried to contact them on Instagram but got no answer or reply. Not good!! Also, this is a ski resort and people who are skiing should be allowed to have late check out.

5 star hotel and lovely faclities outside of the room however service is awful. Getting a table for dinner or breakfast seems like you're asking an impossible task. Holes in the pillow cases. Not fantastic by any means. Better off in another Shahdag hotel.

Great stay in a great resort
I would highly recommend Pik Palace and Shahdag for a short ski break. The hotel was very comfortable and despite a little confusion regarding our request for twin beds and late check-out we were very happy with the hotel. The room was modern with a great bathroom and very comfortable beds. We had a fantastic view of the mountain. There was a large selection in the breakfast buffet with hot and cold options - much needed preparation for the day on the slopes. We booked transport online using a link that the hotel emailed to us. Although the website implies the transport is organised through the hotel it is a separate company. This worked out well for transfers to/from Baku - although the overtaking was a little daunting at times. We arranged lessons through the ski school which is based at another hotel but this is within walking distance. For convenience, we also hired our equipment from the same hotel. We enjoyed the one meal we had in the Italian restaurant in Pik Palace. It was busier than we expected but the staff did their best to accommodate us. The 2nd night we chose to try one of the restaurants at a different hotel (again a short walk away). Overall, Pik Palace seemed to be the best of the hotels available in Shahdag and comes highly recommended.

Warm and cozy snowy experience
Its one of 3 resorts on top in shadag other 2 being park chalet ans shahdag resort and spa.. its relitively new 5 star hotel in middle of nice snowy slopes.. they hav good skiing facilities.. nice italian and local cuisine and other options in other hotels.. kids club to b shared with park chalet guests which has nice facilities for younger guests... overall nice experience with ckean and comfortable stay

Beautiful suite with access to exclusive club room where you can have breakfast in private setting, coffee and snacks mid-afternoon, Happy Hour cocktails, then evening deserts. Really friendly staff and great service.

Nice hotel not ski in ski out with young kids.
This is a fantastic hotel. However we were with our 2 and 5 year old and to ski, you have to carry a lot of gear along way before you can ski. If you and your kids can already ski and carry a pair of skis, great. Otherwise staty in the hotel and spa.

First impression of hotel is very good, reception of front desk was good too. When I asked about the Lounge access, the front desk has not explained it well that there is actually no Lounge for the guests. We had issue for the first night of the lobby music, or the terrace music, being overheard from my room. I had to meet the manager to sort it out. But the good thing it was eventually sorted it out. Their relation manager is fantastic as she managed to sort out several other minor issues brilliantly. I believe the hotel requires to build up on the services and may be shops available. Overall; it is highly recommended hotel, I will surely stay at it the next time I am back.
