The hotel was amazing , the staff always happy to help. The restaurant food was fabulous. The bathroom was well equipped and well lighted Enjoyed the gas fire.

All the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate all needs. The rooms need a little updating, especially the carpets in the rooms.

Extremely convenient location, spacious room and very hospitable employees. Overall I loved this place and would stay again. What I think they could do to improve is replace carpeting with hardwood floor and rug under bed. Some areas of carpet looked stained and cleaned but not as inviting. That’s it… update that and you have a super classy comfortable accommodation.

Stayed for 4 nights in February. Two things that make a good hotel into a great hotel. The staff and the bed. Such wonderful folks who work there, kind, patient, and they genuinely wanted help. I had a few issues with moving the booking by a couple of days due to illness and they went above and beyond my expectations to help out. And the beds are a comfortable as any hotel I have ever stayed in. I’ve stayed all over the world and this is as good as it gets. Highly recommended.

Luxury hotel in the centre of Queenstown
Great hotel in the centre of Queenstown, great location, lovely room with a very comfy bed. I would suggest to bring ear plugs though especially on Friday and Saturdays - there is alot of noise from the bars nearby. I think they could work on their customer service but overall the hotel is worth the money

If you are a fan of fire places in your hotel room, heated towel racks, ultra comfortable plush beds, super strong water pressure in shower/tub, perfect location, and stupendously excellent service, then this is the hotel for you! They put the Ritz to shame; you will not regret staying here, it’s literally impossible.

Our stay here was impeccable. Right from the communication prior to arrival, to having our room ready earlier than the check in time. Staff are amazing, polite and willing to do anything for you. Rooms are extremely spacious, clean. The only thing that would have been an added bonus was if they had Skytv. Otherwise we couldn’t fault a thing and would definitely be back to stay again!

Rooms were fantastic and great ambience, staff were superb in sorting us out with a quieter room the main issue was the quality of the bed which was average at best not a 5 star bed.

Excellent hotel and the staff were fantastic. The only downside was late at night on the weekends, with very loud music from the bar/club opposite, across the laneway. Also unfortunately there was no room service due to Covid and staff shortages, but the hotel provided an excellent alternative at The Grille around the corner.

Great property in a great location. Within walking distance to all attractions in the city centre. Hotel staff are very knowledgeable in terms of where to go, what to do & how far away attractions are. Such a beautiful hotel and highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely fantastic stay - the hotel staff went above and beyond to provide us with everything that we needed or might need. The room was neat and comfortable. Would highly recommend, I’ll be coming back!

Great Location. Air Conditioning was broken for the whole hotel and room was very hot one night. Did bring up fans but were quite noisey. Noticed the couch was scuffed an looked quite tatty in our room.

Great location in the heart of queenstown combined with all the luxuries in a room such as a fire place and spacious room. Staff was very attentive treating us as family with a special honeymoon desert upon checkin.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Queenstown. Already booked a second stay. Despite location near the hustle and bustle the room was very quiet. Room was exceptional, welcome as good! Will be recommending on all my travel sites.

Amazing Accommodation, in a very handy to all amenities location, just a shame we didn't have great views from our deck, but a nice touch of Birthday fudges left in our room. All of the Staff from the Shuttle driver to the front line & Bar staff were very friendly & helpful and all went well over and above the extra mile for us. For our first time in Queenstown, we would definitely stay there again. Only one gripe was the slow Breakfast Service, we waited 45 mins for it, which ended up being rushed to eat, as we had booked an excursion we had to get to and the food was average when we finally did get it.
