Very nice and helpful staff. The hotels is clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel is relatively close to old Quebec and right in front of the marina so it’s close to many touristic places if you’re willing to walk a bit.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional and having breakfast delivered to the rooms daily was a nice touch. The hotel was within walking distance of the common tourist attractions like Rue de Champlain and Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac hotel.

This is a lovely little hotel in the lower part of the City. The room was small but very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the place was immaculate. About 5 blocks away are a bunch of good restaurants. As you leave the hotel go right and walk along Rue St Paul. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the tourist areas and the funicular to the upper city. At the end of the row of St Paul restaurants make a right at the Asian restaurant. The room comes with an excellent Continental breakfast brought to the room. You can get coffee in the entry Foyer, but I used the coffee maker in the and it was fine. Staff was great. We enjoyed it.

Easy flat walk from railway station. Very close to old Québec. Several options for dining in the vicinity. Continental breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Well appointed bathroom. Staff were all friendly and welcoming.

The tiny and musty lobby was disappointing. Our first room was both musty and moist. I have allergies and was stressed about staying in our room. Front desk attendant brought the large dehumidifier from the lobby up to our room. So much moisture that by morning it shut off because tray was full. They moved us to another room which was better. Room was clean and staff great. Breakfasts were nice and convenient.
