I turn in my Laundry at 8:30 AM when I go to breakfast, I return after a long day by 10:45 PM and NO Laundry in my room, I go doen to the front desk and find two other Foreigners with the same exact problem, the guy at the counter says we got your clothes mixed up with these two other foreigners that kinda look like me as in a guy from Poland and a guy from Australia and myself from USA, all of us are checking out early the next day and we must have our clothes, an hour later they arrive 4 hours before I leave and the clothes were not really washed but sprayed to smell Ok and the clothes were still stretched out, in the morning I said I would not pay for the bad service and non-clean clothes they would check with the big manager and he did not arrive for 2 hours, I could not wait I had to fly in 1 hour, so I would not pay and they would not give my deposit back so they got paid by charging my credit card, and for loosing my wash and not washing my Laundry, I had stayed there 4 times a year for 20 years. Not sure about the future, with the Marco Polo.
