I liked the location the property and their kindness. breakfast was very good.And their apartment is clean, . however the TV is too small.

It is located in a nice little town with many chalets and skiing close by. Our receptionist was able to communicate in English which was nice. It was hot and we were looking forward to a little swim before dinner. We weren't allowed in the pool with no bathing cap. They were 6 or 7 euros each. Worked out to $18 Canadian - not worth it. The rooms are old and dated and the bed extremely uncomfortable. NO AIRCONDITIONING!! Even though the nights cooled down, it took a long time for the apartment to cool enough to sleep. No fans either. Very disappointing!!

Dear client, as you can read in our website you must have a swimming cap to get into the pool. We do not have air -conditioning. As a client it is your responsability to inform yourself about our servicies, policies, and others possible doubts, through your agengy or mailing the hotel. All this ... just for a compulsory swimming cap. we are also in disagreement with you. Best Regard

nice room with views out to the mountains, this is my second visit in the summer months, this is out of the real season (Snow sports) for this property, everything but food was available, the town had plenty of places to eat , so no problems.

Excellent base for Baqueira skiing
Stayed here for a few days at the nearby Baqueira Beret ski resort. Vielha is a pleasant town with plenty of facilities. The apartment was perfect for our needs, despite being a little dark - plenty of room, and a wonderfully strong shower. The breakfasts were excellent too.

Great place for good price
We had a great stay in this Aparthotel. Room was huge for just the 2 of us, room very clean, warm, all appiances worked correctly. It is just 5-7 minutes walk from main street and just beside one of the best restaurants in Vielha. Easy exit to the road going to slopes. Only issue was no car park availability when we arrived.

Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo. Se echa en falta una tostadora. Aunque se anuncia con fotografías los apartamentos con terraza, en algunos no los hay. Se debería la hora de alquilar el apartamento que seleccionas si tiene o no terraza.

falta de seriedad con incidencia
El hotel esta bien como siempre, pero tuvimos un problema con la reserva, la hicimos con desayuno incluido con cargo adicional pero al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que no había servicio de restauración, al intentar solucionarlo ni hoteles/expedia ni el hotel nos ofrecieron ninguna solución razonable. Después de reclamar en at.al cliente nos ofrecieron un vale descuento de 10€ que no supo justificar ... cuando la diferencia era de mas de 20 .. no es tanto la cantidad sino la falta de profesionalidad en solucionar el problema .. lo mas sorprendente es que ya en la habitación verifique la disponibilidad y precios en el alojamiento siendo los mismos, o sea que no hubo fluctuación de precios como adujo la de at. al cliente ... por lo que esta claro que alguien se embolsa la diferencia ... tengo claro que si no se resuelve de manera razonable ya noas han visto el pelo.

El hotel desde su incorporación a la actividad después del estado de alarma declarado en marzo 2020 solo vende estancias en régimen de alojamiento , nuestro buffet desayuno permanece cerrado temporalmente. Esperamos haya solucionado esta incidencia con su agencia

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para alojarse cómodamente. La localización, limpieza, estética y comodidades son ideales. La piscina cubierta con vistas a la nieve y el parking de los apartamentos le dan un plus. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Rymlig och trevlig lägenhet
Vi var 5 personer , vuxna och barn. Alla var väldigt nöjda med lägenheten eftersom den var rymlig och i två plan. Vi åt frukost i lägenheten och alla kunde stiga upp när de vill och ungdomarna kunde sköta sig själva på sin våning

Déçu par la qualité des services dans l ensemble. Notre chambre sentait le tabac froid, jaccuzi sauna et hammam en panne, parking avec barrière resté ouvert toute la nuit, bref à éviter si vous cherchez 1 confort minimum !
