"Worst service ever both hotels.com and goroomsgo. The hotel denied our reservation saying their lease ended. We were on our own trying to figure out an another accomodation at 10pm with two little kids and 2 old aged people. After all the chaos hotels.com denied refund of 10k inr saying they werent able to get i touch with the property manger. Never ever booking on hotels.com"
