"The hotel is 15 mins away from the Airport. About the cleanliness: As soon we arrived, we noticed that the sofas next to the lobby were dirty. The room was fine and always cleaned on time. Restaurants have many flies flying around the food and glass. Very disgusting. They should do something about it, There is technology to keep flies away from food. About the team: They were really nice and helpful. The only thing I did not like is that once you arrive they "invite" you for breakfast or lunch (that you already paid) to talk to you for hours about their vacation package "all over the world". They are very pushy and it depends on you if you want to go subscribe. We did not, but missed 3 hours of our stay listening to them. About the food and beverage: it was good and tasty. About the amenities: They have some activities that you can attend depending on your interests. They had a presentation about Michael Jackson's "This is it" show. Part of the screen in the background was not working. The dancers did well but were not impressive, The pool was very refreshing but did not like that they do not have a Life Guard. So you are there at your risk, but a life guard can also help to keep people behaving. Guests were spitting, eating and clearing their nose in the pool. Horrible. The beach is there, but did not see many enjoying the area as there was too much seaweed. So the sea looked brown and not very inviting."

"Para mi gusto, buscaba algo con mas diversion. El hotel es ideal para esas personas que buscan salir del bullicion y liberar el estres. Es super tranquilo para descansar, aunque yo preferia algo mas escandaloso por asi llamarlo."

"From check-in to the daily activities, spa experience, private pool, and especially the staff, everything was beyond exceptional. The level of service made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our entire stay. A special shoutout to Yari, the Entertainment Manager, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited to see us every day. She always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured we had the best experience possible. This place is truly paradise. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back—next time, we’ll definitely be staying longer!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Finest Punta Cana and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail set this resort apart. The pool area was a true highlight — stunning views, well-maintained facilities, and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We spent a lot of time there. Beach area was great too The restaurants were another standout. The food quality, variety, and presentation exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Every meal felt like a genuine dining experience Overall, the resort delivered on every front — cleanliness, staff friendliness, ambiance, and value. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you’ve checked out."
