The food was fantastic, especially the ala carte restaurants and breakfasts. Service was wonderful. Great beach and very clean. Never had a problem getting a beach chair.

Loved my stay would definitely visit again the staff couldn’t have been better they always had a smile and very friendly, the food was good but not the best but other than that I really enjoyed my stay.
One of the best experiences we’ve had on vacation. Great service. Good food. The grounds and hotel are beautiful. We can’t wait to go back. You’ll enjoy “King Kong” and his entertainment crew. You won’t regret booking your next vacation there.
Great hotel and amenities, limbo food was just amazing, Samuel at guests experience was the best , attentive, caring and a true professional.
His professionalism made out stay even more memorable.

Extremely limited food choices for vegetarians. Nobody spoke or understood English so it was difficult to ask whether an item contained any meat. Staff in the registration area spoke English and were friendly but they couldn't help with the food. The on-premise restaurants were hot and had a lot of mosquitos. The plate had extremely limited quantity of food. You can't order more food at the restaurants. They only allowed ordering one item per course per person. The restaurants had no AC and some fans were turned off. The buffet staff was friendly but the staff at the restaurants was unhelpful and provided poor service. The drinks were watered down. The pool is almost always noisy and the beach is not that far from the pool. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you might have to try a few different spots. The rooms didn't feel high end but they were functional and had everything we needed.
There were some good things:
- Everyone was generally happy. The hotel staff was friendly and wanted to give you good experience.
- Great coffee in the buffet as well as in the coffee shop.
- Many different activities by the pool all day long.
- The beach staff continually cleaned the beach.
The staff was so friendly and attentive all over the hotel. The food was good and had lots of options. It was hard to get chairs in the shade on the beach where we liked to spend the day so my husband had to get up at 6 to put towels on the chair. Other than that it was a perfect and relaxing getaway.
This hotel was amazing and the staff incredible. The entertainment staff Julio, Jefrison and the others were incredible. I can’t say enough of how entertaining Julio is His events throughout the stay were better each time. The obstacle event in the pool was hilarious. He brought all the guests together to have a great time. They kept the party going all the time and treated us with exceptional hospitality. Veronica from the pool bar was attentive and great. Alexis the butler came by to see us daily and make sure we had everything we needed. At las Brisa’s restaurant by the pool we had great service with Leonardo, Vicente and Noiberto. I can’t find one thing to say negative. Our entire stay from check in to check out was perfect.
Honestly the best all inclusive I’ve been to. The food everywhere was great compared to other all inclusive hotels we’ve been too. Staff is great, entertainment was on point. Would definitely come back again. We stayed in Ámbar, but you end up having access to all the other Bahia principles there.
The customer service was unparalleled! Every person that we interacted with made us feel very welcome!

Didn’t get an upgrade no vip perks ! Transportation around the resort sucks! Staff rude! Boring environment they try and keep you on the resort like a hostage everyone is counting your pockets ! Telling you one price and someone else says something else they are con artist! I would never do this resort again and i travel this was by far the worst and there were kids in the adults only section! They overcharged me for laundry service that they delayed and stole clothing items and charged me for! They enter the rooms without permission none of the doors lock! It’s horrible ! Food terrible ! So bland no flavor !
Nice staff- communication wasn’t the best as to what was going on or services offered with that you were on your own.
Clean and well kept property and grounds.
Property was beautiful. Food was blah. Chairs are reserved as early as 5 am so if we wanted seats on the beach or pool we have to put towels out at the crack of dawn. Entertainment staff on the property deserve a raise! They were amazing!
Everything was excellent. The property was beautiful. All staff were very friendly and always with a smile on their face. No complainants about the property or employees.
It was Clean entertainment was non stop at the pool during the day. Food was very good.
Everything was within walking distance.
Special thanks up Edwin (King Kong) Abel and the at entertainment crew for always making everyone get up and have a good time.
Desiree and Yessmina st the pool were non stop. Making sure, everyone was always taken care of.

The only complaint I would possibly have was the coffee shop. They were not as friendly as everyone else. I’d definitely go back
We ate at limbo Italian and Meat all excellent. We went off to the other hotels for hibachi dinner that was great too.

Good property, good food choices, two Indian restaurants, beach property, clean beaches.
They keep few restaurants closed on some days, and one of the day both Indian restaurants were closed, which should be avoided. They can offer coconut which would add value.
