2 aged ladies travelling to Pune, were not allowed to checkin to their pre-paid hotel room, under the consequence of missing one Aadhar card. Mrs. D Kanti Kiran on submitting hers was also not allowed to check in, since her friend was not carrying her's. Despite submitting her Voters ID they were made to wait for as long as the staff members willed. Despite speaking to the staff and informing them that Mrs. Kiran has health issues, the staff pretended to be stone deaf. The very next day the guests checked out for the outrageous service provided by the hoteliers. Checked into JW Marriott where they had a FANTASTIC experience. During check out when the guests asked for a refund, they were apparently told that only if the card holder called and requested for the same will it be done. We hereby would like to state, that we have officially removed Novotel from our list of stays.
