Danielle (not Jonah), we are sorry to hear you did not have a great experience during your stay. The good news is that this is by far a rare thing to have someone leave such awful comments. The majority of our reviews are indeed very positive. In some ways, we think unfair as you certainly had no problem staying in the room and using it for your entire stay without saying a word. We strive to provide exceptional stay experience but this cannot be done if the guest isn't willing to communicate so we can fix a problem. Thank you.

I would not like anyone knocking at my door either that early in the morning. That is why I am so thankful that all motel/hotels have Do Not Disturb Sign for the very reason. I am so sorry the staff bothered you that early in the morning.

We don't like ants either so rest assured, we addressed that issue immediately and appreciate your understanding in having to move to a different room. Unfortunately when there is an event and the property is full, it can get a little noisy but as you stated, by 10pm we strictly enforce quiet time. It is important our guests get to enjoy their sleep. Snoring we can't do too much about though but keep in mind we offer noise machines and ear plugs if a guest next door is sleeping "too" soundly...
