This property is located on the beach and next to the pier. Also lots of restaurants, bars etc a short walk away. For the price, well worth it. I recommend paying extra for an ocean view...can be a little noisy by the street side.

This is a very nice beach hotel. We faced the ocean with great views. Sadly, the pigeons enjoyed the view as well. they should do something to keep pigeons off the rail. Other than that, all else was quite good for an older PV hotel in a superb location.

El hotel está en una buena ubicación y el personal en general atienden muy bien. Lo único que me molestó sobre manera es que cuando reservé indicaba que habían facilidades para estar frente a la playa (sillas, sombrillas y toallas) resulta que esa área es de un restaurante y el restaurante le da prioridad a los clientes que consumen con ellos, dejando a los huéspedes del hotel sin lugar y sin comodidades. Lo reporte al hotel y quería hablar con el gerente y me indicaron que no habría gerente durante toda la semana. Realmente no deberían ofrecer facilidades que no pueden cumplir y que sin propiedad ajena.

Lovely, smaller hotel right on the beach in a fantastic area - close to everything. The beach view rooms were already gone when I booked but would recommend it for next time.

Pro: really close to everything, Con: same as above - VERY noisy location Staff are very friendly and helpful Nice roof deck. Unit was equipped with coffee maker and fridge. Excellent views of the sunsets from the unit balcony Would stay here again.

Great location with elevator. Water view fabulous. Water side not noisy. Courteous staff. Small rooms but big enough. Perfect location above Si Senor restaurant with free beach chairs untl 3:00 pm.

Loved the older building and area of town where it is located. Getting around was a breeze, food was amazing and locals were so nice. The downside was that is got really loud on the street at night, and that made it hard to sleep. Your mattress is set on a 3 slab of concrete and is not super comfortable. If they would have put down a box spring or something in between the mattress and the concrete it would have been much better. I asked the front desk staff 3 times if I could check out an hour late at 1pm. Every time I was told the manager would be in at 2 and to come back. Every time I came back to ask again I was told the manager would be back the next day. Super frustrating

The pros: The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The location is wonderful with lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Cabs are readily available in this area as well. Easy walk down the Malecon. The view is the best thing about the hotel. One of the best in PV. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. In room safe provided. I would definitely only get a waterside room. Con’s: The rooms are not sound proof between them. When the neighbors come in at 2 am you can hear everything! The bathroom was a very awkward design and not very clean and the shower was broken so that it sprayed all over the bathroom and soaked the floor, the toilet and the toilet paper. Super low toilet… good thing the awkward wall was right in front of you to grab onto to help you stand up!😂 We had heard that the building had been renovated but only the lobby seemed a bit different.

Located on a gorgeous beach, close to wonderful restaurants and night life. This small hotel is fun/funky and a good value. It does need some updating: especially the tile floors and balcony furniture. The excellent staff more than make up for its deficits.

Exactly what we were looking for - no crazy frills, but everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. Friendly staff and very centrally located. The rooftop has a lovely view and you are steps away from the beach. For a lower budget option, Emperador rocks!

Good location, if you want to be in the Romantic zone. Area is noisy at night so avoid rooms facing the street close to ground level. Person at reception was helpful and gave us good recommendations on places to eat

A good choice for the Romántica zone, but note that there is NO POOL. Didn’t matter to me so I was happy with my choice. I did opt to upgrade from the standard room though… I initially got room 107. It was very clean and the beds seemed ok, but the noise from the street beside it was VERY loud. The room is also very small, not sure how well it would fit two people and all their luggage. Also, the air conditioner was old and in disrepair… it ratted noisily. If you’re a heavy sleeper you might not notice. But I needed quiet, so I upgraded to an Oceanside suite (rm 102). It was great! More comfy pillows than the standard room, and the blankets seemed newer and fluffier too. Note that the hotel does NOT provide bottled water. But there is an OXXO convenience store right across the street so it was no problem to get my own. The balcony was great… had a little kitchen out there, table and chairs for four. The room also had a nice big couch which looked like a trundle bed. Thanks very much to the helpful staff!

Great location but the halls and exterior in poor condition. No hot water and no air conditioner. No face cloths or hand towels. I booked a double bed 4 months ago and was given 2 singles. Hard to sleep as I was afraid to roll off the bed. I expected to get what I paid for since it was booked so long ago not last minute. Was very disappointed, being given worst room just didn’t seem right.
