"My boyfriend and I recently spent six wonderful days at the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta with two other couples, and we had an incredible experience from start to finish.
The resort is beautiful, with gorgeous pools, a private beach, and breathtaking views that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. We especially loved the buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options every day, and the specialty restaurants were equally impressive.
What truly made our vacation special was the exceptional service. We would like to give special recognition to Alondra and Joel, who went above and beyond to make sure our group was taken care of. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Brenda at the Culinary Concierge for her assistance and dedication in helping us with our dining experiences.
One of the highlights of our trip was the fabulous mariachi show. It was a wonderful celebration of Mexican culture and a memorable part of our vacation.
