"Avoid this place at all costs. Resort is dated and the dinner situation is crazy in itself. I never seen an all inclusive where you have reservations for dinner and you must adhere to them. Pretty sure maids went through our belongings. Trolleys are horrible timing as you cannot walk this place especially with children or older family with you. Staff seemed like they did not want to be there. Resort is dated and needs updating. On top of this, no WiFi in 2026! Crazy do not go here!!!"

"I liked the fact that we were right on the beach. The room was clean but it had an old smell to it. Housekeeping was excellent! The food was good. Overall I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff always assisted as needed and was pleasant. I do not drink alcohol so, I did not partake in the Bar."
