January/03/2023 (Time: 10:00 Am) I had an accident and I have a problem with my knee. When I asked ZEN (the girl that was wearing a red shirt in the morning making the eggs) if she could make me two eggs. And I asked her if she could bring it to my table so I am not standing, and make them with olive oil. She looked at me kind of funny and indicated that there is no olive oil. I personally think that she was too lazy to look in the kitchen and see if there is olive oil.) There was a waiter, I believe that goes by the name Hector. That was helping her out. Now, I waited at least 20 minutes. And I could see people that ZEN is attending other people that came after me. And I finally walked to her, and I asked her her name. Shortly after, I asked for her name, and she was yelling at me across the dining area in front of everyone, telling me that my eggs are ready. I responded by saying that I'm done with breakfast. After that, I asked Hector, if he could provide me with ZEN's full name. But he refused and asked me for the reasons. But I told him that was none of his business. Then he went in the back and never came back. I finally approached the manager on duty, his name was CARLOS. and he really hesitated to give me the full name of ZEN.
