"I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "

"The location is not prime if you are focused on the DuPont/port area. we picked it for having parking garage, balcony, extra room and a small pleasant courtyard. It was a good choice for those reasons. There is a street market 2 blocks away, multiple grocery stores as well are close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pictures show a bit better than actual. I would stay again, and the price was reasonable for the place. "

My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. In the end we really appreciated the value of this stay and the quiet location where it was. The room was everything we needed for our weekend adventure, somewhere to relax...

The only thing I didn’t like was breakfast, which was advertised as continental buffet, and for 2 reasons: 1) poor selection and poor quality and 2) a buffet that you cannot serve yourself is not a buffet. There’s a legion of staff behind a counter to give you even bread."
