Very clean, overall very good. Some of the front desk staff not helpful. But my checkin was with a great lady that understood my requests and knew the area.

Only one night stand. Only one of us had a nightstand to put our glasses, phone and CPAP machine on. Door to bathroom dragged on the floor…hard to close.

No heat. Hidden behind Comfort Inn with old Brookfield Inn large sign parking lot. Found last guest’s key card on floor - good vacuuming job.

Nice and quiet. Sheets clean. Mattress and pillow comfy. But… no key cards as the machine was broken. The bedspread had a hole and was dirty. There was mold on the ceiling. The outer window had a hole. There were wall patches that weren’t painted. The hair dryer didn’t turn on at all. Not worth the price.

Only choice I had
The towels in the room had stains on them. The carpet was nasty. Only reason we didn’t leave is because it was just too far to drive home last night. I will never stay there again.

About 25 miles to Pikeville where all rooms were booked — but this was pleasant and I may just stay here when I return to Pikeville!

Our room did not get cleaned, we weren't offered clean towels, shampoo(considering the bottles of shampoo and conditioner are only enough to shampoo half of your head) or conditioner. Our trash wasnt removed and our beds were t made. Breakfast was great though!!

Running out of everything
The room was missing a chest of drawers. Thr carpet needed vacuuming. The toilet paper was surplus from the Soviet Union. Breakfast was lacking, ran out of coffee, milk, syrup for the waffles. The eggs were gone by 9. The gravy was watery and the biscuits were harder than a stone. I mistakenly booker this hotel. I meant to spend the night at Comfort Suites next door. Hate this hotel....

Manager of the hotel couldn’t even print out a bill for our stay showing zero balance and charged us twice for taxes that were already paid through hotels.com. Hotel is hidden behind a Comfort Inn with no signage on the roadway very hard to find. No dog walking area.

Would stay again.
An older hotel but everything was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly. Bed comfy. Breakfast simple but plenty to eat. Asked if they had ketchup since there was none on the buffet. Manager said sorry they didn’t, which was no problem. He then went and got some from the staff lounge! So nice of him!

Nice place!
Very nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast too. It was actually nicer than the " resort" hotel we stayed at in Gatlinburg the previous two nights. Had a nice typed chart of the tv channels and a list of local restaurants. Little things make a difference!

Really only minor complaint I have is the supply of coffee in the room. Had 3 packs of decaf and 1 regular coffee. I don't do decaf. Supply not restocked for 2nd night, so no coffee.

Only issue we had was when booking it stated it was a non smoking hotel. The room we were in was a smoking room and we were not told that when booked. The hotel was completely booked for the night and we couldn’t move to another room so our stuff smells like cigarettes.

The property was very clean and up to date. I had requested a first floor room because my husband is 88 and has limited abilities. They gave us a handicap room that had a nice walkin shower.

When making the reservation, we decided to pay extra to have a room with a sofa. What a surprise when we opened our door to learn that our room was basically a one-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen, sitting room, and bedroom. It was very nice and so much more than we expected!
