The staff was very accommodating and friendly but the rooms were in terrible shape. Had to call them for each and every thing be it toilet paper, coffee machine, towels. For the price of it, the rooms could have been much better. The paint was coming off too and the pillow cases were tore off

Near to the station.... Good service Cons was Almirah for keeping things was not provided and if you have child then you will need extra matress as bed is smaller here

Faced No issues even during times of COVID. Yes some facilities are unavailable as a measure of precautions (like food, newspaper, etc.). But the room was clean, the staff was readily available on call. Thanks a lot.

The service was great. The train noises at night was a little disturbing. Location was great in terms of getting transportation. Only thing was we had to pay double the actual price as we had booked through hotels.com. the prices for the nights of our stay in the hotel was around 2000 per night but hotels.com charged more than 5000 per night. That was extremely upsetting as the app is supposed to give discounts but instead we had to shell out more than double. For 4 nights we paid around Rs 41000 whereas the actual rate was only around Rs 17000/-. Felt very cheated but don't know how to get the money back.

This property is on the Allahabad Railway station land and every room is like 10 meters from Railway tracks. All night long the trains are honking and you can feel the tremors and noise from their movement. Hotel owners are very clever and have photoshopped all photos not to show the railway parking in front the ramp to railway tracks which is like on its left side 5 meter and 10 meters on it right side. The kitchen uses coal as primary source of fuel and hence if you plan to eat in restaurant you will smell smoke and choking because of carbon dioxide and monoxide fumes. this is based on what I experienced, lots of cars honking comes from front as this hotel is in the parking land of railway station. Very bad experience anyone heading to this city should avoid this hotel and look for something away from railway station. This is overpriced for crappy location, amenities and service

Hotel is convenient. Next to the railway station. 1. It is a no frills hotel. 2. The price I paid through Expedia was substantially higher than what was posted on their bulletin board. In fact, they claim in writing that to get the best rate people should contact them directly. 3. The staff was generally helpful. 4. It has a modest kitchen. 5. It may not be at the level of KanhaShyam, a real 3-star hotel, but it was OK. 6. If I have to choose all over again, probably I will settle for Polo Max because of its closeness to the Rly Station.

Hear trains, birds, cars, & fireworks all from bed
While most of the staff was accommodating, and they did arrange for a car pick up from the airport (which was way overpriced), the stay was not a pleasant one. The wifi did not work. When I ordered room service for dinner they called at least three times to confirm my order of two things. There was a beautiful tree right outside my window that unfortunately filled up with birds that squawked at every loud noise, which there were many. There was a combination of bass from a club, fireworks, car honks, birds, and passing trains until almost midnight. Lastly, the water never got more than lukewarm for my shower. I don't need fancy stuff, but this wasn't worth the price.

Convenient and clean hotel

Good hotel near Allahabad railway station
Location of this Hotel was great as it was at walking distance from the Allahabad Railway Junction and had good rooms and very affordable food options in the hotel itself and near by. Located in the heart of the city in the Civil Lines are and very close to Allahabad high court and market

L'accueil est très professionnel et tout le monde a été très agréable avec nous. Petit déjeuner à volonté et copieux restaurant très correct. Seul bémol c est qu' il est situé presque sur les quais et que les bruits de la gare sont permanents. Surtout demander une chambre sur rue.
