"The staff at the hotel were amazing - friendly and helpful - both the barman and the lady at reception. We were slightly disappointed that upon arrival the room allocated to us did not have a bath (Junior Suite) as requested via email. The lady at reception changed the room for us when we asked if the room had a bath. We then went all the way up to the room to discover that it only had a shower.
