"The location is amazing!! The servers at the Mineshaft were totally awesome. The hot pools are very nice. The check-in was combersome at their kiosk's and the three attendants behind the front desk, with zero other customers seemed to care we were stugling to check in. "Great room, clean, and quiet property. The pool was well maintained as were the common grounds and outside areas. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was a pleasure. Only improvement would be to add a laundry area but there is a laundry mat under half a mile away so no worries. "
