The resort was very pretty but many amenities were not available because of the time of year. Despite calls and online information which suggested activities would be available. The resort did return some of our money but we would have preferred the activities. Staff was friendly but many new staff so still not sure of their roles.

The staff was very nice and let me check in early so I could catch my boat ride on beautiful Lake texoma, so I was grateful. Room was clean and well kept. I liked the restaurant on site and enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a robotic cat that delivered the food that made it a fun experience. Abby was my server and she was friendly. I would stay here again.

We love the peaceful atmosphere of Tanglewood Resort and have stayed here many times, however, we were disappointed to see a significant decrease in the condition of the property.

Resort is in a very good location and staff is very nice but little if any amenities on site this time of year. Stayed in a villa which was big but bathroom and restroom are not well laid out, fixtures are old and cheap, water sprays from faucets and shower looks like it came from a camping trailer.

Main property was actually closed for some upgrades but they had 4 villa buildings room was excellent wish the Whiskey tower building was operating but got to up and see the view

Water as off twice. Came in from fishing couldn’t shower. Water was off this morning and construction noise outside our window. Been staying there for 10 plus years. It’s always been great, not this time: will not be back

Horrible experience!! If you’re looking for things like peace, quiet, comfortable bed, pillows, room temperature, sleep, hot water, electric outlets, lights that turn off, in your hotel room then this is NOT the place for you.

Enjoyed the stay
Stayed in the lake view suite in the Tower. Very nicely appointed room, clean, stocked with everything. Comfortable king bed. Nice views from our balcony. Loved the automatic ice maker in the room. Would have liked to see a lighted magnifying mirror in the bathroom if I had a wish list. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. Photo is from the lake and marina.
