Decent location but very limited parking. Room was not ready when we arrived to check-in at 1700 the first night; had to wait two hours. Ants were in our bathroom the entire four day stay. Beds were comfy as well as a lot of assorted bed pillows. Toiletries were good as well as the kcups for the Keurig coffee pot in the room. The AC unit and small refrigerator in the room were quiet, unlike some really loud ones I've encountered in the past. Staff was friendly but the motel itself is very old and needs some updating. I would recommend if you are looking for a decent and comfortable stay for a few nights but if you're looking for a fancy stay, this is not it. Room could've been cleaned a bit better for my taste. I found a vitamin on the floor by the bed and as I said the bathroom had ants which I did mention to the desk clerk. Lastly, I prefer hard flooring versus carpet in rooms as I only imagine how dirty it is.

Unfortunately, your trip did occur a natural disaster that caused power outages for thousands and thousands of people in the New Hampshire and Maine area. Our team worked diligently to provide housing to both the workers trying to restore power and the people that were without power. Thank you for sharing your thorough thoughts and concerns. The sheets were yellowed and not very clean. The hotel room reeked of pot smoke, and the sink and the shower were dirty. Wouldn't recommend it.

The room was not cleaned. There was old recycling in the bin, tissue in the door's peep hole, and hair in the tub and on the walls of the shower. The coffee maker was covered in dust. The chair in the room smelled of a stale ashtray and cheap fruity body spray. Pretty gross. The next morning I could smell gas. I would not recommend.

I had to switch to another room because the heater in the first room didnt work and the room was very cold. We had a king size bed and four small twin size pillows. The tv had a remote control that was difficult to use with no instructions.

For instance, if you arrive the night before your reservation do you believe you should not have to pay for the extra 16 hours since no one else is using the room you reserved before you arrive. The sliding doors at our hotel have a three point system of locking. I apologize if you did not feel like that was very secure. Felt old and outdated. I arrived at 2 and thought maybe I would check in a little early. Check in is at 4pm. They offered to check me in early for a $23 fee. Not worth it so came back at 4. It’s a good one night stop hotel on budget.

The worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Wish I could give it negative stars. Very old, dirty, and smelly. I did not stay. Even after changing rooms. There’s no way I was going to stay at that dirty place with my 1yr old. That hotel needs serious renovations.

The person at the front desk was polite about it but I was very disappointed when I showed up at 1pm to see when the room would be ready. To my surprise it was already to check in and the key were paper clipped to my folio but I was told that I’d have to pay an additional $23 to check in before 3pm. This was on top of the already exorbitant rate of $340/night. It was a holiday weekend and I understand that the market rate is going to be higher than normal but the room clearly states that the maximum rate for that room is $300, and then to be asked for an additional $23, seemed absurd.

Our hotel policies on the website do state there may be a fee for an early arrival. The entire travel industry does charge fees for changes to reservations. We appreciate your opinion but we are unaware of businesses that do not charge for additional services upon request. Our team has no problem selling you extra services and/or but they are not complimentary.

My room looked very clean, however, despite the fact that the marble tiles in the bathroom were gleaming, I was sticking to them. Most likely the cleaner they use. When I say this room was clean…it was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The hotel was nice and quiet despite the fact that it is right off the highway. There was a good sized fridge and a microwave in my room. There are ice machines and vending machines for bottled water and sodas at the end of the hall. There is no place to purchase snacks, so if you’re prone to late night munchies, you better bring your own. I had two issues…1.) The coffee provided for the little coffee maker in your room is, without a doubt, the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life (and I’m old and have traveled a lot) so brink your own k-pods! 2.) While the water pressure is great and I appreciated the adjustable shower head….there was no hot water. It was still tepid after 3 minutes of waiting. It finally warmed up at the end of my shower, but never got hot.

When you pay more than $300 for a room, you expect the couches in the lobby to not be worn, the sheets in the room to not be stained, the coffee machine in the room to work, and the staff behind the desk to smile and not make excuses. This is a tired, old hotel and the high room fees are not being used to maintain this hotel. Never again.
