"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"This was the worse hotel/bnb experience of our lives and we've stayed in 100s of places. No one was there to greet us. We called and over the phone they told us to go in the house and find a room. The doors were open for anyone on the street to walk in. It was raining and water was coming in thru the open doors which we spent 15 minutes cleaning up. "Maison d’époque bien entretenue et très propre. Confortable avec chauffage et climatisation. Belle salle de bain. Petit-déjeuner sympathique dans un café tout près. Gentillesse de l’accu et bonnes suggestions de restaurants. Le seul bémol, le bruit provenant du bistrot voisin. Rien d’excessif, mais présent tout de même."

"We had a great time staying at this place for more than two weeks, which was made possible by an affordable price. Charming room in a 200 years old building in the center of Iglesias. Lots of history around. Excellent city vibe. Great dining options. 15 min from the closest beach. Very convenient if you are looking for a place to sleep and explore the island during the day. Hosts are wonderful, warm and welcoming people. They made our stay an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this...

"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

"The appartment was excellent, with full equipped kitchen if you want to cook sometimes and a small private garden. The bedroom was big and comfortable, with aircon. The owner was very kind and helpful, our flight was delayed badly (we didn't arrive until midnight to the town). Superb treatment. The appartment is very well located, at a walking distance from the beach, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. Very happy with our stay, definitely recommended. "
