The hotel is located within the historical city of Porto Seguro and at a walkable distance to the city centre or few minutes by car. It offers excellent installations and serves very good breakfast to guests. The room is very comfortable

I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. It’s not your traditional resort but sure it meets the needs to enjoy Porto Seguro. I love stuff members, everyone very charismatic and helpful, especially the front desk Sabrina. Location is great even if you don’t have a car, you can just call an Uber. Is very close to city town, near passarela do álcool end all the night life and restaurants. The only down side is they don’t carry an iron in each room, and if you need to get a clothe iron they will do it for you at a charge. This was the only downside for me, but I guess this is a trend in the area. I will definitely stay again.

The best thing about this place was the food. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. The room was ok. Basic but clean. A little disappointed to not have a hammock when ever other room had one. All good though.

O melhor hotel que já me hospedei em Porto Seguro
O hotel tem uma conexão com a natureza incrível, eu acredito que seja o hotel com a melhor vista para o mar e a cidade. Café da manhã excelente, variado. Todas as dependências do hotel são extremamente limpas e bem cuidadas. Camas super confortáveis, porém os quartos são mais antigos.

O Hotel é bom em questão de estrutura, piscina, restaurante. Mas os dias que fiquei no hotel foi praticamente impossível de dormir, muito barulho (o acústico e péssimo) você vai ouvir o hospedees ao lado abrindo e fechando as portas ( banheiro e quarto), o ar condicionado do vizinho parece está dentro do seu quarto.

Para quem procura um hotel com custo beneficio,este vale a pena( digo boa cama,bom banho,bom ar condicionado e café da manha razoável). O hotel cobra taxa de room service,eu nunca tinha visto. Dependências velhas precisando remodernizacao. Ar condicionado faz muito barulho. Desde que chegamos no corredor tinha uma barata morta e lá estava a barata 4 dias apos.no check-out,impressionante. A TV é velha com poucos canais ,sem opções. Funcionarios afobados para retirar os pratos durante o café da manha.

Foi ótimo minha estadia. Porém é necessário realizar algumas melhorias, o frigobar do quarto estava muito velho, a sinuca e toto tb. Não gostei do horário de abertura da piscina seria melhor abrir um pouco mais cedo. Poderiam colocar uma área de brinquedos para criancas. Os funcionários são muito educados, excelentes.

O Eco Bahia é um hotel com uma estrutura externa muito boa. Contudo, a estrutura dos quartos não são boas, o piso é muito antigo, que acumula muita sujeita, a limpeza é muito ruim, a cama não é confortável, o serviço do hotel no geral não é bom. Um ponto que deixa muito a desejar no hotel é a ausência de qualquer atração para as crianças. O hotel não tem espaço kids, não possui nada para as crianças. Ponto Positivo: A vista é muito boa e o café da manhã é razoável. O Diferencial do café da manhã é a Tapioca recheada feita na hora que é muito boa. A moça da tapioca é muito simpática e educada.

Razoável, mas deixa a desejar em muitos quesitos.
Hotel tem uma vista bacana e atendimento cordial, mas os quartos precisam de reforma. Ar condicionado barulhento, controle remoto não funcionava (mesmo depois de reclamarmos), não foram deixadas toalhas limpas no quarto (num dos dias nem mesmo pedindo eles tinham em quantidade suficiente). Comida não mais que razoável, inclusive nas ceias de Natal e do Reveillon estavam frias. Academia com poucos aparelhos e bastante ultrapassados. Hotel precisa de investimentos e uma gestão mais efetiva.

Hotel bom mas precisa de reformas
Hotel tem uma paisagem linda, funcionários educados,comida boa,porém o hotel precisa de uma reforma,piscina com vários azulejo soltos e outros soltando,bangalôs com colchões rasgados,quartos com cheiro de mofo,mesa de sinuca rasgado e caindo aos pedaços literalmente...o hotel tem muito potência mas precisa de uma atenção.
