The pousada pictures are old and doesn’t reflect the reality of the amenities of the present. The room we stayed was dark and moldy. The hotel is truly overpriced, but so is everything in Trancoso. The kitchen staff was great Viviane and the chef during breakfast time were so lovely and they truly made sure we had everything we wanted. Leticia from Front desk was so sweet and accommodating. The beach is beautiful. If you care about a place with more top quality this is not the place but if you only really care about a beautiful beach this place it’s fine.

Pousada super aconchegante, pé na areia e linda! Os ultimos 300m na estrada até a pousada estavam bem enlameados por conta das pancadas de chuva dos dias anteriores mas não impediram o acesso. Voltarmos,.com certeza!

Experiencia ruim,instalações em decadencia,comida que pedimos na praia veio crua,erraramo. sabor dos pasteis,brusqueta feita com pão velho e fino.O gerente era muito cortes e nos deu uma porção como recompensa.Hoje pela manhã qdo abri a porta do quarto tinha tipo uma escada com roupas e até cueca penduradas.Fora a estrada que estava pessima.Enfim foi uma experiencia muito ruim para não dizer pessima.Não recomendarei para nimguem

A cama é grande e macia, mas os cobertores estão tão puídos que a tinham buracos do tamanho de uma moeda de R$ 1,00. As paredes estão mofadas, a janela do banheiro não tem vidros. Na noite de dia dos namorados não tinha sobremesa no jantar. No sábado de manhã não tinha bardender e ainda assim cobrariam $100,00’de rolha caso levássemos nossa bebida. Funcionários perdidos e informações contraditórias.

no Geral muito BOM

Atendentes muito prestativos, a Praia muito Limpa, local com muitos pernilongos, porem o quarto é equipado com cortinado. Então nada a Reclamar, preços de alimentação caros, porém fica perto da cidade e IFOOD entrega sem problemas. Atenção em tempo de chuva, pois tem uma parte de estrada que é de chão e fica muitos poços de agua e bastante barrosa.

O hotel está em condições razoáveis, mas longe de estar bom ou satisfatório. O atendimento nos bares e restaurante é horrível, totalmente insatisfatório. O cardápio é ruim e pobre, bem como as condições do apartamento que não tinha sequer uma saboneteira na pia, as janelas e portas estão em estado precário (tortas e não fecham direito) e a televisão não tem sequer um suporte, mas está apenas largada em cima do balcão e escorada na parede. Lamentável

As fotos não condizem com a realidade, principalmente dos quartos. Sem revestimento de cerâmica no piso( como nas fotos) apenas piso com placas de cimento. Banheiro sem ventilação. (A janela não abre) Cheiro extremamente forte de mofo. Pia do banheiro entupida. Baixa qualidade e sem conforto. Atendentes desanimados e sem vontade. No café da manhã se recusaram a fazer uma panqueca de banana para meu filho de 2 anos ( banana+ovo+aveia), ou seja itens que tinha no Buffet. Havia gostado da pousada (pelas fotos) devido ser frente mar e pela localização porém Custo benefício da diária não compensa. Experiência ruim. Não recomendo.

Estrutura ruim, atendentes solícitos

Reservamos uma suíte master (que deveria ter uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro-3 pessoas), mas como éramos um casal nos deram uma suíte standard com uma cama de casal (que era a metade do preço). Reclamei na recepção que gostaria que me mudassem de quarto ou me devolvessem o dinheiro da reserva. Depois de muito insistir me trocaram de quarto, mas bem longe de ser a suíte master da foto que eles vendem. O banheiro tinha uma banheira encardida (onde tivemos que tomar banho de chinelo) e estava sem janela (onde entrava pernilongos e tivemos que improvisar e colocar um plástico que vinha o cobertor para tentar cobrir. Os staffs em geral são muito solícitos e educados. Precisei imprimir um papel e fui prontamente atendida, só a estrutura do local que deixa a desejar.

Conforto ok, mas custo abusivo e longe do centro

Hotel relativamente longe do centro de trancoso com vias de acesso extremamente ruins, estrada de terra cheias de buracos e sem iluminação, o que impossibilita a ida a pé. O taxi para ir até o centro custava 30 reais ida e 30 reais a volta. Os valores de alimentos/bebidas dentro do hotel são extremamente absurdos, strogonoff para duas pessoas custa 140 reais e 17 reais uma cerveja long neck. Conforto do quarto ok e cafe da manhã ok, com algumas opções mas não eram tão gostosas. Praia é bonita e isolada. Funcionarios educados e solicitos. A estrutura do hotel deixa um pouco a desejar, piscinas, cadeiras de praia, salas de jogos e etc precisam de 7ma boa renivada.
