Very friendly staff, but this is not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are spacious but very basic with concrete floors and ceiling, bathroom is new but sink doesn't drain and shower pressure poor. Room furnishings are modern but sparse, no coffee maker but an electric water kettle and instant coffee. No refrigerator. Convenient for train station and to metro stations but not to town center. Has a bar and occasionally music in the evening.

The staff service was not good. We asked for a couple of small ammenities which they were supposed to send to our room, but they never came.

This is a very unique property in an older part of town. A very contemporary hotel with a small lounge and food service but other options are walkable and safe. It is set up for remote workers with quiet individual spaces and small areas for socializing and networking.

loved my stay here! the hotel was aesthetically decroated, modern and clean. There is a record library for you to pick vinyls to play in your room, and the pool is also a great place to relax and chill. It is a bit far from the city centre of porto, but we didnt mind the walk, there are some cafes and restaurants around the hotel (also only a 5-10 min walk to the train station) I love strolling along the neighborhood. Will definitely stay at this place again when i am in porto!!

Front desk consists of one person that works limited hours. Had to call in to book a parking spot and couldn't get through to anyone until 8 calls later over the span of 2 days. Fyi there is just free street parking. Hotel is okay, towels smell weird. Shower has no door so water splashes everywhere. Area feels unsafe at night time.

I loved the elegant modern design of the hotel compound, in some ways warm mid-century modern / cool retro. Concierge Isabel and Cafe manager Ruiz were wonderful. Lovely quiet ambiance.

Nice place, super friendly service but location is a bit far from the sights and isn’t in a nice area. Bedding could have used a protective cover on the comforter rather than just the sheets and maybe a heavier blanket. We didn’t receive any room service and the ceiling above the bed could use a wipe down.

The hotel is lovely. The whole hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and the food and drink available at the restaurant and bar is great. This hotel feels like a bit more of an experience than the typical hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. It's located just outside the city centre, with only a 20-30 min walk into town. There is a metro stop 5 mins away if that's what you'd prefer. There is also a small supermarket right along the road for everything you'd need. We will definitely be going back to Porto, and will absolutely pick the Mouco Hotel again.

Beautiful experience
A beautiful week at this lovely hotel, nice staff, clean rooms(everyday), yummy breakfast, the personnel were so kind and friendly, affordable prices, although there are not many options at the restaurant the ham and cheese sandwich was tasty. I had a very happy, warm, and amazing birthday week at the Mouco Hotel, thank you so much.

The hotel has a cool vibe. We liked that it was quiet, low key and music centered. The location is a quick walk to many of the main sites.

I loved my stay and didn’t want to leave! I arrived late due to a delayed flight, and even after midnight, the receptionist was kind and took the time to show me where everything in the hotel was located. It was a quiet location away from city center, but the Campanhã train station is less than a 5 minute walk and will get you to anywhere in Porto and beyond. It was extremely clean, and I also enjoyed the pool!

Fantastic staff and venue
Visiting Porto for the first time and the found the hotel a great base. Was a 25 minute walk into the centre or 5 mins to the closest metro stop. I found the staff incredibly helpful and they couldn't do enough for you. The concept of the hotel is to relax and enjoy music and the free vinyl library and record players was a great idea if you just wanted to unplug for a bit. There is a concert hall downstairs for music events and if you are staying is fantastic as you can stumble upstairs after enjoying your night to the max. All in all I had a wonderful stay

Mouco is an excellent hotel. While not centrally located it is close to one of the train station and is an easy walk to the center. The design and concept is well executed throughout the hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.
