Great stay at this hotel. Very welcoming and accommodating. Nicely equipped room and in a good area quiet enough but in walking distance to everything. Would recommend and stay again.

Staff were very helpful and arranged everything we needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. It's a real plus to have the spa there!

Pros-The property is walking distance to all the shops,cafes and restaurants. Cons- Parking is a headache to say the least. The room was smaller than I'm accustomed but nice. There is no commitment to the gym. Two running machines absolutely no equipment in a tiny room. Not what one would expect.

I could not recommend this property enough! Everything about it was perfect. The location is great, within walking distance from all main sightseeing spots and with a lot of nice restaurants close by. The property is very clean, amenities are great, our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent breakfast too. The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect stay. We will definitely be back!

Staff at front desk were professional and courteous. Swimming pool was covered in limestone tiles and fairly big and not busy. Close to two bridges to walk across to take pictures of the old town. 非常好👍干净还有很高级的游泳池。

Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Basic room was nice but small. Coffee maker in room was really good. Pool was not a hot tub but Luke warm water indoors. Small. Sauna was really hot. Nice little workout room. Lots of Chanel’s.

Very good hotel, excellent room and amenities. First class breakfast. Staff pleasant and helpful. Nothing to fault except for shower which was very slippery and needed some grab bars. Enthusiastically recommend.

The staff couldn't be more friendly, made us feel very welcome. Managed to get into our room early and got an upgrade. All very clean inside the hotel.

This hotel is located in a former post office, they used this as a theme for their decor, which was a nice touch. It’s very well located , in front of the National Theatre, and two blocks from the pedestrian commercial area. Traffic is hectic so we parked the car in their sister hotel ( just two blocks away) and we did not use it for the rest of the stay. They charged 15 euros per day while the garages around charge 25, so it was a good deal. We chose a room with the view to Praça Batalha, ( although it’s noisy an outside, we could not hear anything inside). The layout of the room was cool: they put the bed facing the double window ( instead of the typical of placing the bed with the window to one side), so it was nice to have coffee in the morning looking to the square and the theatre. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine for breakfast with delicious “pasteis de nata” that we bought at the famous place Pasteis de Belem ( you should not miss them if you are a sweet tooth like me, lol)

Very nice 4* hotel, stayed in a deluxe room with a view overlooking the square. Comfortable bed tea/coffee making was available in the deluxe rooms, nice décor and a good size bathroom with walk in shower. There are bars and restaurant's across the square and also bakery/cafes nearby. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location.
It’s a lovely hotel. Our room was very comfortable - we chose a family room for the extra space. Lovely bedlinen, good quality towels, the coffee machine a nice touch. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and it was nice. Wished we had more time to use the pool and spa facilities and to try the port tasting - it looked lovely.
