I loved the rooms and cleanliness. I didn’t like the idea when most of the places includes breakfast but this place we had to pay separately. Even then hotel charges 10$ extra for making omlet after paying $37 for each breakfast.
Property was located very well. There is a metro station right in front of the hotel. You can be at heart of downtown in 5 min.
Very nice shopping and restaurants are about 5 mins walk away.
Staffs were very nice and kind.
Room was very clean and no complaints.
Everything at Eurostars was amazing! The service all around - reception, restaurant, room service cleanliness made it a pleasure to have chosen this hotel for our stay in Porto!
The property location was great. The staff were all very pleasant. The only real downside was the bar area and service. There was absolutely no ambience and even though we were there during the cocktail hour, the bar area was being vacuumed. Service was very slow. We would stay there again, but we would go elsewhere for cocktails.
This was an excellent hotel. The welcome from the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and light with wonderful views. It was a quiet hotel, with lovely amenities. It smelled amazing! We would definitely choose it again. Thanks to the team for looking after us and for kindly upgrading us too! That was a lovely and generous thing to do!
We had a really lovely time celebrating our anniversary, the hotel was spotless, the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby,
