I chose this property near the airport based on reviews and information that parking was available on site for a charge. Upon arrival I was informed this was not an option and had to find an alternative parking plan. The day of the reservation I called the property to add a guest to the room list as they were going to be arriving before me. This was confirmed through the reservation line I was directed to and employee I spoke with. When my additional guest showed to check in she was told that she was not added and we made to wait until I arrived. In the morning the front desk attendant was asleep, I woke her to inform her that the coffee was all gone. The conveniences I specifically chose TRU for were not reached and made travel difficult. Will not be staying here again and as a Hilton member was supremely disappointed.

The property was clean and safe. We checked in at midnight after a long flight and we were kindly greeted and quickly directed to our room. Breakfast was great, good food. Great coffee.

Over all very nice budget friendly hotel. Property was easy to park at (gated) and easy to check in. They offer late check out until 12 pm if needed. Rooms are clean and cozy, love the modern chic aesthetic. Beds are nice and soft (personal favorite). The area felt safe enough to arrive at night and unload my bags without any problem.

The manager went over and beyond. My friend was lost getting to the hotel to pick me up. The manager stayed on the phone and directed her the whole way until she arrived.

Very nice hotel clean comfy and safe! Just one thing that got me off guard was paying for parking first time I pay $10 to park at a hotel I stay in.. but overall nice place

My bed was clearly not cleaned. There was some type of candy in, not on, my bed. There is no carpet in the rooms; which I’m sure helps with cleanliness. The noise that is produced is amazing. I heard conversations, footsteps of what I can assume were dogs running around above me. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly & helpful.

We’ve stayed at this property before and appreciated the closeness to the airport and convenience for parking. Apparently they “changed their parking” months ago and we were unaware that you can no longer leave your car (for a fee) when flying. You now have to have this set up with them in advance. We had to find another option which was down the street and more than we expected to pay. We parked our car at this other lot and got shuttled back to the hotel but we were charged a fee ($10) for parking at the hotel. This fee came out of a $50 deposit they took and was never approved. We will most likely find other accommodation’s in the future.

I like this kind of hotel. This hotel was almost perfect. Cool and hip. My issue with it was little things. The nightstand, there was white stuff on the side, and when I went to plug in my phone- there was something sticky on the nightstand. Soooooo gross. The microwave wasn’t working. I put a cup of noodles in the microwave and it wouldn’t start. That’s rad. The other part- I could hear when my neighbors did anything. It legitimately freaked me out. I heard them moving the blinds up and down as though I were doing it. I heard their dog bark, which was okay but frustrating. I felt like there wasn’t much privacy because if I could hear them- they could hear me. But like the sticky white stuff on the nightstand-ewwwwww

Since this is a new concept hotel I feel I should let others know what I experienced. The hotel is in great shape. The room was clean and decorated nicely. Unfortunately, the walls are thin. I heard lots of noise from the hall, the room next door, the room above and the planes taking off. I also stayed at another hotel nearby and did not have these same noise issues.

The electronic gate didn’t work 1/2 the time, & staff didn't seem to know what to do. Parking spaces are too tight…my rental car got a 2” door ding from someone hitting/opening their own door into my car. I have to pay for it! I stayed here because it’s a Hilton property, and I’m a honors member. The hotel itself was fine with the exception of the noise, the gate problem and my door ding.
