Spent 2 nights at this for my wife’s Mother’s Day weekend. Got a room with a balcony and there was cig butts all round and people smoking weed and cigs 2 balconies over. Put the A/C on 60 and wouldn’t even cool the room down. Needless to say we barely spent any time in the room. In the second day we noticed the the pillow in the douve cover was stained from a previous guest. When I went to check out I talked to the front desk and showed them the pics from our room. they didn’t seem to care that much or maybe got a manager or compensated us somehow. Really let down and was disappointed for my wife for her special weekend. 596 dollars spent

Super comfy beds and fun amenities. Good location. Staff and service were fantastic. Just have an issue calling it a VIP access hotel. I am Expedia platinum - No upgrades were offered even though hotel was at very low capacity and request was made. No additional amenities or credits were available. My room was super tiny and the water pressure was abysmal. Otherwise great hotel. But they should not be listed as a VIP access hotel if they do not differentiate and offer upgrades and additional amenities. Amex FHR program is soooo far superior - but limited access in most cities. Expedia should work harder on their status programs and ensure hotel compliance. I often choose hotels based on these benefits. This was my first "stay pineapple" experience, but I won't be rushing to book another if they don't honor their agreement with Expedia.

This is our go to hotel when we stay in downtown Portland. Clean rooms, good deals, and very friendly staff. It's also very pet friendly if you're traveling with your pup. It's also in walking distance to many restaurants and things to go do.

Most dog friendly hotel we have ever stayed. Very good value for money. We will only stay at this hotel from now on whenever we go to Portland again.
