I loved this location of the hotel, close to airport and all highways for traveling around the city and state. Customer service was wonderful and the room was really nice. My only comment is that I didn’t know that there was an additional fee for parking; $14 a day. It’s pretty standard among most hotels anymore, but I missed the fee when planning my trip.

Room on 2nd floor was incredibly noisy from the lobby. And front lobby old asian lady was incredibly rude. Doesn’t greet and rude.

Breakfast was amazing. Very Clean! Shuttle from airport was prompt. Staff when we arrived were very pleasant at 12 midnight.

Didn’t like that the vanity wasn’t in the bathroom. Other than that everything else was perfect. Very nice property with a lake behind the hotel.

I was told I was an “Expedia VIP, and that I got complimentary wine” I don’t drink, they offered water instead, but then charged my room for it. Apparently Expedia VIP is just a scam to charge you for something you didn’t ask for in the first place.

Very lacklustre welcome by front desk and the unprofessional comments when we found the toilet blocked in our room were disappointing. Other than this room is fine and hotel in convenient location.

Outdated as far as technology. TVs don’t have streaming apps (Netflix, etc) or ability to connect to phone or tablet (only regular tv channels; in 2024 this is not acceptable). Also no usb ports anywhere to charge devices; again usb be ports should be pretty standard these days.

The hotel was near a train track. Very noisy. I stayed in a suite that was very outdated. No door on the bedroom. The suite had a refrigerator that was smaller than my suitcase. "BREAKFAST AVAILABLE" was advertised only to find out there was a $15.oo charge. The girl who checked me in at the front desk informed me there was a $14.00 nightly parking fee on the hotel property only to find out the next day as I was checking out I could have parked on the street for free. They promised to reimburse me which never happened. The fat, gray haired older man at the front desk was rude. My parking ticket would not scan to let me out of the lot. He told me to be patient and that it would scan. After a half a dozen attempts to get out of the lot and watching several people having the same issue, I asked for another ticket. He and I got into a heated argument at the front desk with him telling me I was at fault for not being able to get out of the lot. Check out time was noon. The housekeeper entered my room at 9 am ready to clean my room. I went to the front desk and reported this. They promised to reimburse me $28.00 for this. Where they came up with this amount is beyond me. Anyway, I never received that reimbursement as well. Good luck to anyone who stays at this facility. You're in for a treat

The property of the hotel was decent but no free parking for the customers??? I had to pay $14 per day for parking. One of the staff (an asian lady) was unfriendly and acted like customers were inconvenience to her. My family and I will not return to this hotel.

The property has no parking available except on the street, I had to pay $4/24 hr, had no idea, the grounds were crowded. Staff didn't know where Car Rental was, only provided transportation to and from the airport, very important to know Car Rental at the airport. Older building, the room was very disappointing, old carpet, very tiny fridg, Didn't refill the condiments. I should have stayed at Motel 8, this place was no better!

The hotel was close to the airport, it was very nice and clean. The room was great and the beds were comfortable. The check in was great and the two young ladies were very pleasant and helpful, the checkout and shuttle driver were great as well.

The property is in a beautiful area with a pond. The rooms after renovation will be excellent. The staff is great, but the restaurant is inferior.
