Bed sheets were stained. Like an oil stain and had made a request at least a month ago for wheelchair accessible and they didn’t. My brother who has disability had to talk up the stairs which was really hard for him

Room was visibly dirty. Sink was unusable jetting out water that splashed out all over the counter. TV is room was comically small. Booked for two nights but passed on the second night based off room conditions. I highly recommend spending extra $$$ for a better room elsewhere.

Great customer service in the front! Angel, Amanda and the blonde lady (can’t recall her name) all were very helpful and sweet! Makes any issues you may have not that big of a deal there because the staff will take care of things to the best of their ability! Very personable

Stay here only if you're desperate. Lots of sketchy people in the parking lots. The room smelled like cigarettes (even though I asked for non-smoking). Everything was dented and dusty. There was blue paint splattered all over the desk. The windows were peeling back from the wall (or someone tried to break in). I walked in and walked right back out. They could keep my $70. Spend an extra fifty dollars to stay somewhere else that's clean and safe. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the front desk lady was super nice.

Booked a double bed room, non-smoking, w/fridge for 2 nights, upon check in we were told that the type of room we reserved couldn't be accommodated because someone else needed the room the following night. Which made absolutely no sense to us, what does it matter to us who needs this type of room the following night. We're here, today, and we need it for 2 nights and we have a reservation ourselves. Our reservation should trump theirs if we're here first... no? Either way, they said no. They canceled our reservation right there and then and rebooked us for the same room but just for one night. Again, made no sense to us. So we took our double bed, non-smoking, w/fridge room and immediately logged onto the site and re-reserved the identical type room for the following day. In the morning instead of checking out we went into the office and said "hello, we're here for our second reservation and btw we're already in a room so no need to move us." And that worked. What an inconvenient pointless situation. Also, all the pet areas completely covered in feces. We picked up our doggy's mess plus more to help leave a cleaner area for our dog to use again. Lastly, outdated accommodations, poor drip-like water pressure in the shower.

First off, there is dog poop literally everywhere - in the parking lot, by the stairs, smeared across concrete, and nobody picks it up out of the grass so its all smushed in. It's absolutely disgusting. Secondly, the water line broke in only ONE of the three buildings and we have had no running water for over 24 hours. They won't move us to a different room or offer any sort of compensation. I literally can't flush the toilet or wash my hands. When I've asked about it being fixed as I planned to stay one more night, the lady at the front desk copped a giant attitude and told me "well you don't have to stay" when I said that charging me $90 for a hotel with no running water was ridiculous. I've stayed at multiple Motel 6 locations and this is the worst one I've ever been to. By far. And that bar is already pretty low. Also, when the water was running, the showers at this location are a joke! They are smaller than an RV shower and you whack your elbows repeatedly just trying to bathe, and I hope youre flexible enough to bring your feet up to your chest to clean, because you sure aren't able to bend over the shower is really that small. For reference, I'm 5'5 and petite build and it's tiny for me. Oh, and bring your own towels because they never have any! If I could give negative stars I would.

3 times I complained because they continued to give my room key to people who weren't staying there but I had to show my id to prove it was my room the manager even let someone in just because someone knows you doesn't mean that you want them in your room while you're gone and I spent 2 weeks here. The dog area was absolutely disgusting I have 2 dogs and neither of them would go near the grassy area to go potty because even a dog doesn't want to step in poop absolutely disgusting people should definitely pick up after their own dog but someone should be responsible for cleaning that area anyways just saying. Also no fridge or microwave in the room if you want to heat something up gotta go to the lobby very annoying

I have stayed here twice now for just a night yo fly out of Portland. It is off the beaten path, but very clean and they enforce their rules for the property. Room was clean, pleasant staff, and quiet night’s sleep.

It was what you would expect of motel 6. Just a bed to sleep in. Found hair in the bed and hardwood floors were an interesting choice. Nothing fancy. Rooms definitely need updating. Staff was great, very friendly.
