All the vending machines were out of water. We went to front desk. They charged my daughter and I 3$ each for two small cartons of warm water. Earlier they gave a guest free ones from the back based on their room:) it’s Vancouver not Paris…..

Nice, quiet area. Lobby is impressive. The cost to park is a bit much, at the same time it is safe & secure.

The room temperature was not consistent going from a hot room to a cold room. Also black streaks all around the wall mounted heat vent.

The marketplace with drinks and snacks, grays, shuts down way too early and no other options outside of the restaurant.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to their customers wants & needs. Hotel was nice and clean and not worn down. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for parking. Cheers!

Great property
This dog-friendly place is perfectly located. It is right across the street from Esther Short park making getting up early to walk dogs easy to do. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff could not get enough of our two doxies!

The property was well kept. The pool was heated to a comfortable temperature even when it was cold outside. We were snake to enjoy a swim and hot tub. The included breakfast was filling and beyond expectations. We were delighted with our stay and will stay here again.

We were fortunate to be greeted by Joanne at the front desk. Our long plane ride arrived earlier than expected and we were completed exhausted. We assumed that we would just leave our luggage behind the front desk and walk about the city and wait until rooms were ready. We didn't even ask if we could check in early. She took it upon herself to see if one was available and got us in right away. GREAT SERVICE .. Than you!

Almost perfect
The room was excellent but the TV/remote didn't work so we called guest services to report it. The polite representative said she'd send someone from Engineering right away but they never came .. we waited quite awhile then just went to sleep.

For the price we pay, we should get free parking. TV did not get many channels. Did not get some local channels. Service in restaurant was slow.

I understand this location was recently renovated. That’s likely why the lobby was devoid of furniture other than some built in bench seating. I informed the desk clerk that the tub in my room had no safety treads and getting in and out was a safety hazard. The bathroom linens were of the quality and thickness you would find at a dollar store. The new television system was difficult to master, even for a person like me, who is comfortable with technology. Not only that, the provider is in a dispute with ABC and that network was not available at all, so I missed my favorite of the corporate news shows.

Some good news, our lobby furniture is schedule to arrive soon and our guestroom TV package now has Hilton's Stay Connected, allowing you to access your own personal streaming services in addition to our channel offerings.

Our room was well-curtained, making for the darkest room we've experienced in a long time. The lights in the hallway could be motion-sensitive so they would be off. Then our room would have been even darker. As usual, we had to use a bath towel to block the light leaking in from under the door. The room was very quiet despite the construction all around us, the train nearby, and the occasional plane overhead. This is probably due to the quality of the windows. Good on-site restaurant and breakfast was included with our reservation. The music in the restaurant was unnecessarily loud.
