This hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was nice. I noticed my itinerary said I have a resort credit. I don't know what that means and it didn't seem that they know what that means either? I don't know if that means something like I missed out on a chance for amenities like a credit towards food or something or if it means something else?

Extremely Frustrating Stay
We have stayed at this property before so booked again. This will be our last trip to this property! Check in was good and a friendly young man assisted us. Our room was freezing and showed 60 degrees. After 1/2 hr of trying to get it turned up, I called the front desk. The lady said to force it higher which I told her was not working!! She said she would call maintenance. Two hrs later we were freezing and had not heard a word from maintenance or the staff. Another call and a different staff member answered. He somehow checked our heat status and said it showed it was set at 60 degrees for wifi. He asked if we could force it to increase and I told him we could not. At least he offered to bring a space heater and said he would set it to 72 remotely. He also said he would have maintenance come check on the thermistat. He brought two space heaters and we started warming the room. A few minutes later, power went out in our room. Another call to the front desk and they called maintenance. It took awhile but fuse was reset and we got power. The maintenance guy came and replaced the thermostat and approx 3 hrs later, we had a resolution. The other issue that we want to note is the bathtub plug. It did not hold water for an actual bath nor did it drain fully when taking a shower. This was an incredibly frustrating stay!!! This info was shared upon checkup as well. At no time was there an offer for a discount on our stay. We will not stay or recommend this hotel ever!

We have stayed here several times. This will be our last. Now charging for parking, 12.00 is ridiculous!! Breakfast was horrible. Eggs with cheese were stone cold, bacon tasted old. Our room had crumbs, and smelled like stale smoke in the bed. So sad its gone downhill so badly.

Parking cost was ridiculous and not included. $12 night. Public spaces very dirty inside including hallways. Lobby bathrooms were disasters.

Nice breakfast buffet, pool but bed skirt was yuck
They do a great job with their breakfast buffet, pool was warm. Room service staff was nice. Would’ve been a ten if the bedskirt wasn’t so disgusting.

So-so stay
The hotel is beautiful but the room was so dirty. The floor was sticky, toothpaste in the sink, stuff in the fridge and when we went to use the pullout bed it had a dirty sheet with food all over it. Luckily there was a spare sheet in the closet. There was food all over the couch.

Great stay
I usually don’t review hotels, but this was one of the best stays in recent memory. Everyone was fast and friendly. Breakfast was great. Not a fan of paying for parking so far outside the city, but the reception drinks balanced that out. I’ll go out of my way to stay here in the future.

Amazing stay.
Incredibly surprised by how amazing this hotel stay was. The staff was completely friendly and in addition, it was a clean, large and a comfortable space to be in. Not to mention the rooms were extremely high-end in my opinion. The breakfast staff wasn’t the friendliest, but I think it’s because we went during holidays and it was during the Christmas weekend so I won’t look into that too much. Thoroughly enjoyed it and so did my family. I think this is where I will be staying next time I come.

There was food left in the fridge, garbage wasn’t emptied and no coffee maker in the room. Had to ask three times to get de-caf coffee at the breakfast buffet

The checkin and checkout people were great. We had to call for one forgotten thing, and they were able to help us right away. The breakfast was good. (Only suggestion is that your sign are too high above the omelet bar area.... almost missed it!)

Cold Pool, rooms could use deep clean and update.
Hotel lobby, dining, and guest areas were beautiful and clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Dining experience was excellent. Gym was clean. Our room had a slight odor, nothing specific, just seemed like a lot of people had stayed there without it ever being deep cleaned. Drapes, carpet, and shower curtain smelled. Coffee maker was broken, bathtub was chipped and had mildew on grout, could use an update. Stains on doors, walls, and kitchenette cabinets. Pool was freezing cold, and "jacuzzi" was a corner of the pool with jets but same cold water.
