We've stayed 2x now for basketball tournament ans both times have been a breeze checking in, comfy beds and plenty of parking. Wish the breakfast had more allergy friendly options available and also mark allergens on whats available.

The service wasn’t great at all, nobody smiled or even noticed you were there. I stood at the front desk for at least 5 minutes before someone noticed me, as they we looking own at the there phone or computer. Which I understand if they are doing something work related on the computer that’s fine but at least acknowledge your guest. At breakfast in the morning the 1 of the omelette chefs was loudly complaining about other guests and their orders numerous times, as well as was complaining on how he didn’t want to be there and he wanted to go home. I would pass by staff in the hallways and say hello to them, which all I would get was stare and then them walk passed me. The breakfast servers were actually pretty darn good, friendly and attentive. I was all in all happy pretty disappointed in the stay, and for almost $700, I expected just a little bit more customer service.

Hotel rooms are great. Snack and breakfast are just OK. What I do not like is the poor parking. Short supply and cars so close to each other. Also this time like no others I was told they were charging extra for parking? Extra for poor parking. Really!

The air conditioning didn’t work in both rooms. One room was cold and the other room where my son, his girlfriend and my 4 month old grandson were sleeping was set to 80. They brought a boxed fan up to circulate air. Ridiculous. At 2:30 in the morning found a cockroach in our bathroom, had to call the front desk to come take care of it. Sunday after the free breakfast we took their free water bottles down to fill up water, a member from their staff said we couldn’t do that! It was a terrible experience. My first and last time ever going there!

Property is nice, has a nice pool area but not enough towels. Breakfast and cocktail hour is definitely a plus . Rooms could be cleaner. Bathroom was very outdated. Bathtub would drain very slowly and the roof of the bathroom paint was peeling off.

This hotel was yucky. As soon as we stepped into the room there was a musty/mildew smell and we saw a bug on the bed. We requested a room change and were quickly provided a new room. This room didn’t show evidence of bugs and had a slightly less pungent aroma so we stayed. Additional cleanliness notes include: odd stain on curtain (possibly blood), what appeared to be fungus growing on the popcorn ceiling, moldy bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helped the best they could. The breakfast options were great!

We LOVED our stay in every area that has to do with the property and company. The evening reception was fabtastic ajd the breakfast is way better than any other place we stay. Our complaint was with not knowing there were 4 little league baseball teams staying there. The kids were running laps and yelling across the atrium. They had a ballroom set up for them which never seemed to be used. Instead they were pretty much running a muck. One even poured soda on my daughters head from the third floor to the bottom where she was dishing up her snacks. I would have liked to see staff being more involved in getting the parents and coaches to stop drinking and managing their kids as it isnt their home where kids can just do whatever and not effect other people.

The property is old and worn. Architectural it’s like one of the original designs which is open atrium and really noisy. Rooms were worn BUT the staff was really great. Addressed all problems immediately.

We have stayed here for many years and were disappointed to see that the place has gone way downhill. We had to ask to get moved, because the first room was filthy. The second room had an empty wine bottle next to the nightstand!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our suite was perfect! You can absolutely tell that this property has been soundproofed- we are VERY light sleepers and never heard a thing during our stay! We didnt attend the evening reception but the breakfast was among the best we have ever had at a hotel! We were travelling with our two small dogs and everything was set up perfectly for them- we were on the second floor so could easily sneak down the stairs with them to go outside: plently of green spaces available around the hotel. There is a mall, Target, and Dutch Brothers all within walking distance: couldnt ask for more. We hope to return very soon!

There were some maintenance issues in the room and stains on the bed where the sheet wasn’t pulled all the way down. The pillows were uncomfortable. Otherwise the size of the room was great and the breakfast has a variety of options. The staff was friendly. Also noted we were charged for parking even though their website states it is complimentary.

My stay at the Hilton was incredibly disappointing. From the outset, I encountered issues that significantly marred my experience. Upon entering my room, I was found a dirty washcloth carelessly left on the couch. This was just the beginning of a series of disappointments. Throughout the night, the noise from neighboring rooms was incessant. Loud jumping, running and laughter echoed through the walls, making it impossible to rest. It felt as though there was a constant party right next door. The situation reached its peak on the second night when a large group of about fifty college students arrived. Their disruptive behavior, including shouting and running through the halls, made it impossible to find any semblance of peace. When I called the front desk to address the disturbance, I was met with an unapologetic and rude response from the staff member. Their lack of empathy only added to my frustration. The pool closes at 9 pm so it left no opportunity to unwind after a long day, and discovering that the provided shampoo was empty while attempting to wash my hair was yet another letdown. Considering the substantial cost of nearly $900 for two nights in two rooms, I had expected a much more pleasant and relaxing stay. Despite reaching out to the manager to express my concerns, I received no response, leaving me feeling unheard and disregarded. Thankfully, our experience at the Paramount in downtown Portland on the final night of our trip made up for it.
