"We stayed for 2 nights, communication with Chaele was fantastic and they were accommodating to us arriving early with our baby which was much appreciated. The apartment was clean and well decorated and only a short walk from the beach which was lovely. The double bed appeared to be broken unfortunately and left both of us with a bad back, as soon as either of us sat down one of the struts fell out and when looking underneath it appeared to be held together in parts with duct tape. "The apartment was dated but clean, quite cold even with the heaters, the 2nd bedroom heater didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t working and one half of the recliner sofa didn’t recline. Overall a lovely stay and the issues didn’t affect our holiday as we were only there for a few days but when I tried to contact someone regarding the issues I go no response which was disappointing."

"This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it."

"Myself and husband stayed here whilst away celebrating our wedding anniversary. We visited Portmerion nearby and this hotel was situated not far from there. Staff were very friendly throughout our stay. On our arrival they showed us to our room. The room was huge,as was the en-suite. The room was very clean had all we needed for our stay. We chose to dine at the hotel and we were not disappointed! We both had steak for main and agreed it was possibly the best steak we had ever eaten and was it cooked to perfection. Breakfast in the morning did not disappoint either. Located in Snowdonia the surrounding scenery was just stunning. I would happily return to the hotel and would recommend as a place to stay for friends and family visiting the area. Thank you for a truly lovely stay."
