The beds were very comfortable, our room was quite , the only thing not working was the coffee machine in the room .

I was disappointed that I was expected to pay for Wifi. No complimentary breakfast, which was very disappointing after the price I paid for my room.

Expedia reservation shows a 5 usd fee for breakfast per person, however, the hotel charged 15.99. Expedia must fix this. It is not accurate and false information. Hotel did not offered any solution, even though I am Hilton Honor member. Hotel could provide travel toothbrush and toothpaste kit as well as one bottle of water in the room as courtesy.

Just an overnight stay. AC was so loud kept us up all night. Fright out of service. Asked to check out 15-20 late and was told “we’re out of late check outs”.. seriously? this after calling at 845am and no answer at front desk, reached them at 10a and he said not possible he didn’t answer because he was there. Not looking to argue with the kid just stated a fact. We left 10:59 am

Everything was great except for wanting to charge $16 per person for breakfast. For a room charge of $170 for one night, at a well established and respected hotel chain, one would think breakfast would be free of charge or at least less than $16/person.

Greeted by friendly staff and I had made a mistake on my reservation I spoke with Miguel on agent help chat and they called the hotel and was able to change the dates of my reservation so I was able to check in. It was a flawless transaction and fix, even thought it was my mistake. Would stay again! The room was clean and bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.

Room was renovated but they forgot to add lamps. I had to use myphone flashlight to see. I was told they received many complaints. I was bitten twice while I was in bed. Left one on the nightstand for them see. No plans to stay there again.
