"Property is on the water- if you pay for an ocean view room- it's extremely nice. The esthetic of the room was fun too... a bit of a play on mid-century. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. Bad: The check in lobby smelled like sewage and clover. Could be a fluke thing but it was smelly. The carpets in the hotel walkway need to be steamed badly. Could here neighboring room talking and music. "

View from inside the room is hit or miss but the view of the mountains is very nice as you pack up your car."
