"This was our second stay at Hotel Condesa. Our time there was fantastic. We went with the desire of having a good family holiday and we got exactly that. Our daughter had loads of fun in the different pools, beach and with the animation team (massive kudos to them). Food is, in general, really good. "This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect....

"Hotel was clean and stuff very friendly and accommodating. It was quite even though very close to the airport. Our booking included breakfast which was amazing. Hotel also have small and clean gym which was unexpected bonus and we ended up using it two times. Area around is also nice but a bit busy with cars parked all around. The parking situation is the only negative but that is not specific to this hotel so I did not take mark on this. You have to park on the street and sometimes in the evenings we had to go couple of rounds around the area to find spot. I can just imaging how bad this can be in the summer. On the positive side location was good for exploring the whole island via daily trips so little paring headache was not deal breaker. "
