Arrived just too late for the late afternoon snack but the staff offered to round something up for us. That was very impressive! Staff were all friendly, breakfast was good, room was nice - hard to ask for anything more.

Drury Hotels are simply the best. You get meals and alcohol with your stay. The pool and hot tub are great. Great place!

While staying at this property i had a bad run in with the manager i believe he name was Julie.. She was rude and being very condescending towards my cousin and I, all because we didn't know we had to sign a pool waiver in order to have access to the pool. That was never told to us while checking in, besides having to deal with her, my stay was great!

to noisy this stay, we could hear the family in the unit. kids crying and screaming and the parents were louder than the kids.they had two rooms,one across the hall from each other, so they were in the hall a lot.. I didn't realize how that place didn't have sound insulation

Amazing and astounding value!
Wow! I can't remember the last time I was so impressed and pleased with a hotel stay! The staff hit it out of the park. Totally friendly, helpful, smiling, caring, and though seemingly a bit understaffed trying to be everywhere at once to make each guest feel special and wanted. On top of that we saved serious restaurant money by the excellent dinner and drinks and breakfast. The pool and hot tub were both open and the right temps!

We. got to hotel and there was food and drinks at the hotel. The breakfast was also good, it was a hot breakfast. Very nice hotel would recommend. Staff was all very nice.

We always stay at this hotel when travelling to St Louis to visit our kids. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the food is good.

Everything was ok with the exception of a very rude and sexist front desk agent. He was very passive aggressive, condescending to my partner and I: and noticeably attentive and respectful to the male guests. The hotel manager never returned my call. Very disappointing experience as we were in the area to visit a sick relative.

When I checked in a refrigerated truck was idling in parking lot making allot of noise. I asked the front desk to give me a room on the side away from the truck. at first they would not do this, but after insisting they finally did. I asked why the hotel did not ask the driver to move the truck further away from hotel rooms and they got defensive and said the driver was tired and sleeping. I did not understand why the staff was OK with 1 person ruining the stay for many of the guests.

Great hotel chain at reasonable price.
This hotel chain (and this location) is head and shoulders better that others in their price range. On our 11 day trip we stayed at Tru by Hilton, Comfort Inn, Best Western (next best of the lot) AmericInn and Drury. Drury wins the prize in all categories.

Not very family friendly
I got locked out of my room and had previously traded a room with my son and had my grandson with me and had to convenience an employee that checked me , served me drinks and gave me a hard time 3 times during my 1 night stay
